I feel like this place would thrive with better staffing, food & ownership. Sorry but the other Miznon in Manhattan is way better in my experience, this one lacks.. how do I say, jenesequa! Let’s take a deeper dive into this establishment, the food.. very mid for their pricing, which is weird because the food in the other restaurant is actually edible. The staffing, the waitress I think her name was Donique? Was super unprofessional, she kept trying to hold her composure while taking our order, maybe she was high who knows, I simply have no good words for this place. Good luck to the current owners.

Dishes were dirty and whoever Donique is should NOT be in food service. She is so rude and her energy is incredibly off. Crazy she has a job like this.

Not only does the place have a terrible smell, the food will definitely make you sick. I ordered and wasted almost $20 for food that I threw out in a couple minutes, I was not about to risk getting sick eating there 🤮🤮

One small kebab in a pita for 19$. Not worth the money

Worse food than the typical Middle Eastern joint, worse service than your typical fast food place. If you don't want to waste your money, check out another Middle Eastern restaurant like Duzan.

The amount of food provided is definitely less than it used to be.

Used to be high priced but good food and a reasonable portion.

Now it is just overpriced.

As a restaurant veteran in NYC who has worked for the highest level celebrity chefs, I implore you to listen to my words and ignore the negative reviews. They are clearly politically motivated, inaccurate, and poorly written with horrendous syntax and grammar.

I have eaten at the Miznon in Tel Aviv and at Chelsea Market. This outlet is no different than the others - and the quality has never been better.

Quite simply, some of the greatest cuisine I have tasted - positively rapturous. Your taste buds will regale you with sensations you haven't yet encountered. The folded cheeseburger pita will catapult you into a nearby dimension of endless pleasure.

Great food. Many of the negative reviews are likely politically motivated. Unfortunate and uncivil.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the service quality at this location. People serving you are a bit rude at times and quality went down compared to the last time I visited. It seems they have a consistency issue and at the end of the day it is true that some dishes are authentic however nothing different or special compared to Middle Eastern Food.

Food felt inauthentic and like a weird mix of Arab and western styles. An interesting fusion could’ve emerged, but rather a disingenuous experience is what I felt at this place.

I don’t leave many reviews. I usually do this when someone goes above and beyond - which is what brought me here to leave this review. Anna - thank u so much for your professionalism and kindness. You went very much above and beyond all while you were helping many, many other people. For the GM: I work for a luxury 5 star hotel and the qualities that Anna has is exactly what we look for in every team member. I was ready to not come back - but to keep it very real - Anna recovered + retained me as a customer. Not bc the food was great (not Anna’s fault in any way) but bc there was a highly intelligent and empathetic human helping me. Again - during dinner rush, which I know is not easy. I hope she is recognized for her efforts in the proper way. Thank you

Would not know how the food is because they are so disorganized. Did not have fish and chips at 12:00 pm. Ordered a mushroom and a chicken pita. Neither came. They said it was because I ordered two sandwiches. Meanwhile, I saw many others getting the same sandwiches. I came back 5 minutes later asking for a refund and only then did they seriously take my request to know how long it would take. I waited a total of 20 minutes. No food. I got the refund.
