It's a nice spot to do work in LES, nice natural lighting. There were still seats available on a Saturday afternoon. The service was quick; however, their matcha latte was below average. It really was 99% milk and I finally tasted some matcha powder when I reached the bottom. Medium cup was only slightly bigger than a small, and not worth $6.

One of the better places to cowork in the area. Beautiful plants. Charging ports. White, open space, large windows. I prefer a dirty chai or dirty matcha. You might not be able to take a call here. But I usually step out and no one bothers you.

I was passing by and saw this cute place. I got ice coffee and lemonade lychee and waffle. The lemonade lychee is soooo good. Love it. The ice coffee is good too. Not bad. Cute hangout place.

This place has hands down, THE BEST avocado toast I’ve ever had around the world. It was incredible. Love how there was also a bit of olive oil included - unlike many other avocado toasts.The owner of the place who I think often is present - is such a nice and wonderful guy as well. I’ll definitely be back - I can’t wait! Thank you for the fantastic hospitality and food!
