Really amazing food. We did Takeout and it was perfect. Great option for Kosher burgers in Midtown so happy that they are there.

Had a great experience here! The place was clean and welcoming, and the food was wholesome and delicious. The lamb burger and Bang Bang chicken appetizer were great. The staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal!

I was so excited to try the new Mocha Burger Lux location for a long-awaited night out with my husband, especially since the original location is one of our favorites. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing short of disappointing.
From the start, our server was rude and dismissive. I asked for my usual order with a substitution (something I’ve always been able to do at the other location), but she refused without any courtesy. When I ordered a Coke Zero, she intentionally brought a Diet Coke instead and brushed it off like it was no big deal.
The service continued to spiral. Our mains were brought out while we were still working on appetizers, so by the time I got to my burger, it was cold—and worse, it was raw inside, not the medium rare I had requested. At that point, I didn’t even feel comfortable sending it back because the experience had already been so unpleasant.
To top it all off, in the middle of our meal the server dropped the check on the table, clearly eager to close out since we were her last customers of the night. This felt incredibly rude and rushed, especially for a place that positions itself as a higher-end dining experience.
Overall, this visit was a waste of money and a huge disappointment. Between the poor service, the food issues, and the dismissive attitude, we will not be returning to this location.

Mocha Burger - Times Square is one of the best kosher restaurants in the Diamond District. It has a nice ambiance and good seatings. The background music is not loud which we like. It’s easier to have a good conversation. There’s a staff member named Lamoo who is super nice and very professional. My friend and I went there at least three (3)times and we came during Happy Hour. The drinks and hors d'oeuvres are discounted and we continued to order dinner. Sometimes the food is hit or miss - not sure if they had a change in kitchen staff but over all it is still good.

We got to the restaurant on Saturday night at 10:45pm we received the food at 12:30. The burgers and the stakes were terrible. Not recommended at all.

DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!
the entire experience my husband and my in laws had at this restaurant was abysmal. The service was horrible. We sat there for 2 hours without any food being served to us. We had to go to the bar to order our own drinks and still had to wait 45 minutes to get them. The waiter was dismissive and did not check on us at all throughout the night. After being told it would be a 20 minute wait for our food, we waited for an hour with nothing being served. Spend your money at literally any other restaurant in Manhattan as there are much better options

NEVER COME HERE!!
This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. We had a reservation for 4 people at 10:30, didn’t get seated until 11:15. We had to wait another 25 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and take our order. By 12:35 (over an hour after we sat down) we still had not been served any food (including appetizers).
Our waiter (who was the only waiter for the entire establishment, consisting of 20+ tables) was rude, dismissive and downright obnoxious.
Avoid this place like the plague, go to literally any other restaurant in Manhattan.
