It was good! If you are looking for ramen and some cool chicken bites this is the place to go
The food was Amazing. The espresso martini was very yummy, the pork buns are delectable. Only thing I wishes was different was the seating! My back and legs hurt from walking all day and the stools were not condusive to a comfortable seating situation. I think mostly the problem was how low the table was so I had to lean over to eat. But everything was so good that the overall experience was still enjoyable. We (6 people) set a reservation so we didn't have to wait for a table, but I saw multiple (1-2 people) walk-ins that were seating pretty quickly.

We were able to walk in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, sat at the bar. Good food, lives up to the hype. Most of all pretty affordable, for what it is.

Came here for restaurant week. I have no major complaints and would like to return.
The salad was delicious, the portions were filling, and the service was good.

Good ambience, subpar food. This is what this place is. Most of the patrons seem to be enjoying drinks at the bar instead of food.
The garlic chicken ramen tasted like store bought instant chicken ramen with little to no uniqueness. In fact the noodles were still quite bundled up when I ate it

This was our second (maybe third?) time at Momofuku and it’s still a solid spot for ramen. My mom and I had the chicken ramen which was absolutely excellent. The broth was rich but clean, the noodles were perfect, and it hit the spot.
My fiancé tried the smoked pork ramen, which was definitely bold and unique, but not quite for me. On a past visit, we had the pickled cucumbers with peanuts (or something similar) which was fun, super flavorful and a great starter.
Service was okay and the vibe was good but a bit loud. Overall, a great go-to if you’re in the mood for elevated, modern ramen. We’ll definitely be back!

Momofuku Noodle Bar is a Japanese fusion restaurant with multiple branches. I visited their branch located in New York City’s East Village. The location was quite convenient and as there is a subway station nearby, it is easy to get to. Upon entering the restaurant, you will be greeted by friendly staff and a clean dining environment. The staff are happy to assist you with any ordering or general query. Before coming to this establishment, I had read many positive reviews and therefore had high hopes for the food quality. However, things started to go south as soon as the first dish arrived at the table. I found the smoked chicken wings to be too salty, though the meat was somewhat tender. As for the crispy spring chicken, whilst the chicken skin had a good texture, I found the dish to be slightly over-seasoned. Despite not getting off to a great start, I was excited to try their ramen since many of the positive reviews mentioned their noodles. Unlike the other two dishes, it turned out the ramen was not over-seasoned at all. It was quite the opposite. I found the noodles to be somewhat bland. Whilst the smoked pork tasted decent, it was unable to make up for the lack of flavour in the broth. Overall, while you will not have a horrible experience dining at this restaurant, there are better options for those looking for high quality authentic Asian flavours at a similar price point.

Maybe David Chang has got too much press. In LA this would be considered an average ramen noodle place. Not bad, but not a-must destination foodie restaurant.

I'm a big fan of Japanese foods but not going to lie I just love Asian culture and the beautiful women 😅 But tried this place out with my fighter, a friend, a brother and wasn't disappointed. I say give this little chill spot a try and you will love it!
spicy pork ramen bowl was comforting and flavorful, broth had a nice kick. Staff was busy but friendly. Street parking is impossible, subway was easier. Trendy casual spot, worth the hype.

Excellent experience, unbelievably kind wait staff. Came in for a promotion that I failed to read the fine print on, but they honored it anyway. The food was on point, and it was an overall great experience. The shrimp bun, rice cake, and bavette steak were standout dishes, but everything was delicious

This is our go to noodle bar in East Village for dinner with my wife. I haven’t tried too many noodles before, but I can easily say these are the best I’ve had. The chicken noodles are our absolute favorite. As for dessert the last one we tried was incredible. Everything is homemade, and you can watch the whole cooking process through their open kitchen, which is spotless and well organized.
The staff is just as impressive as the food super friendly, helpful, and understanding. Special thanks to my friend Dominick. If you’re looking for a delicious dinner, a warm atmosphere, and great service, this place is absolutely the right choice.
