Mom's is kitschy and fun and just the kind of place you want to duck into on a rainy morning, which is exactly what we did. We went on my son's birthday, and the staff responded with enthusiasm and kindness. Portions were MASSIVE, and the food was hot and good. Drinks were strong and worth the money. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We were at this place last weekend, but everything was a disaster, from the start we decided to sit at the tables outside, for which several waiters passed by on many occasions and didn't even look at us, then a girl came and served us, she was friendly, we ordered two beers that took a long time, they only brought one and they had forgotten the other, then we ordered a salad to share that supposedly had chicken and something else, but it didn't have anything but lettuce and three pieces of dry chicken, we hadn't finished eating and the manager was bringing us the bill without asking for it even though it was like 3 in the afternoon, the service, the food, everything was terrible

Our group of six enjoyed great food - had the omelette. Atmosphere for brunch was good. Not a place to sit and chat with group of friends while you eat as the music is loud and there are a lot of people so it made it even louder

great atmosphere and very friendly staff. the food was great and the choice of cocktails was lovely. We visited on a whim on our holiday and the person that served us was welcoming and kind (we even visited twice :-) ) definitely recommend for a great relaxed vibe!

Our Server was not helpful at all ! I was asking just for an omelette with ham and cheese and he lost he cool right away and said that they do just what they have on menu , i believe someone told him that yes they could do that omelette like i asked so he came back to our table to say yes then he never came back to our table until the bill , in order to order a soda i had to get someone else ! Bad attitude from the sever ! Bad experience for a father and a little daughter! Mostly because of the server not as much as the restaurant itself!

This place was something else! Wow! We never had a better french toast. It literally melts in your mouth. The pancakes with mac'n'cheese also tasted fantastic. We loved everything about this place. Our new fav restaurant. And they have happy hour!
I’ve been here a few times and always enjoy the food. Took my friend who came from out of town and her daughter here for a fun meal. The decorations I love and they loved it. Our server however was not great. They dropped water right after we sat and didn’t say anything, came back two minutes later and aggressively asked if we were ready to order food. Ordered and then that was the last time we saw him for a long time. Couldn’t order another drink with out begging back servers to get our waiter and still took a while. Watch the back server say “they want you” and he acted like he was shocked we were there. We got milshake to go, and then we went to go pay the bill my boyfriend had to get up and chase him down as he just NEVER wanted to come to our table. The table next to us had the same issue. He ignored us so much we almost walked out, and honestly next time service is like this here we will just walk out. Do better.

A great spot in midtown. Great service , Waite staff very attentive, warm and friendly. Kids menu was perfect! And I thought the food was delicious and reasonably priced . Friendly vibe!

What can I say . The food is delicious and great value for money. The service was exceptional staff extremely friendly. I have been there twice in over a week due to the food quality and the value. I would highly recommend this place for anybody who is going to New York and has a family with young children. I would visit this place again without heartbeat.
