Ramen did not have chewiness and firmness. I don’t know why they cut the ramen into short lengths for tsukemen. I couldn’t sip the soup and noodles together. The soup has no depth. Both noodle and soup tasted flat.

Stopped by for lunch with my daughter. Zero regrets for going in there, folks. Staff was so friendly, but the ramen is seriously some of the best we’ve ever tried (and we hit plenty of ramen places). I got the vegan bowl, the grilled zucchini and tomato inside were perfection, but the broth was my favorite. Portions are really big! Try the cucumbers, too, they were a great appetizer. Seriously, go find this gem and check it out.

Sometime a review can be simple. If you’re here, look no further, one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve had (ordered tonkotsu.) wonderfully rich broth and fanatic deep flavors with a hint of char from the pork. Personally I also loved the roast garlic slices, a great touch.

Really good ginger shoyu Ramen. Noodles were a great chewy bouncy texture plus there was a generous amount of noodles. Lots of veg, clear grease free broth with a developed flavour. My new go to ramen spot. Pork belly is excellent.... I usually stay away from pork belly as it often is improperly cooked when you go out but this place was 100% correct!!
Had the Miso spicy ramen, it was delicious, fresh testing tender pork belly meat, tasty minced meat and chicken broth. Bao with fried chicken was ok.
