Good ramen, better cuts of meat. The overall ramen was good but not the best we had during our NYC trip. The one stand out was the pork belly it was grilled and just slightly crispy. We got the sweet potato tempura, the veggie jikasei gyoza and a bowl of tonkotsu.
Couple of vegan vegetarian ramen options, the curry one was comforting on a cold winter afternoon! This was one of the few places open on Christmas Day and I’m glad we got to check it out but I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to try it again.
A fantastic ramen spot with a rich, flavorful broth complemented by perfectly crunchy vegetables.
