I ordered some kind of dinner combo to be delivered. The driver would not bring the order to my door because he didn’t want to lose his bike. I would have just picked up if I wanted to walk down and up my building. I called the restaurant and whoever picked up was no help and hung up before I even explained the situation.
That’s all fine. I had read about other patrons who experienced bad service but thought the food was great. Nope.
I still can’t believe everything was this bad. Chicken Tika Masala tasted like tomato bisque. No flavor whatsoever. Room temperature. Naan was worse than store bought. The rice might have been the worst item. How do you ruin basmati rice? It almost seemed like the spread was used to film an advertisement and never intended for consumption.
I’m really disappointed about my experience but even more disappointed in my community for allowing this restaurant to continue to operate.

I come here all the time. Great food and usually the service is wonderful. I am leaving this review in hopes an owner or manager sees it. The gentleman that worked the lunch shift Sunday May 31 is incredibly rude and bad at his job. I say this as someone who works in the restaurant industry. It took 50 minutes for us to get 3 entrees. The restaurant was completely empty. We were in a rush so we put the whole order in before our friends arrived. They came, and it was still 30 minutes of waiting before we received our food. We ended up missing our movie because the guy refused to pack up the food for us. That’s $80 in tickets. We tried to cancel the order multiple times and he kept saying “it’s coming. We didn’t want to walk out without paying! But he wouldn’t let us cancel. Every time he saw me walking toward him to ask a question, he turned his back to me and went in the kitchen or bathroom. There was no “I apologize it’s taking so long”. Just dismissive and rude comments blaming us for ordering before our friends arrived. We ended up getting a 10% discount, 8 dollars. Worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food itself was yummy, as usual.

I like the food here but delivery never showed after 70 minutes. Grubhub canceled order after they couldn’t get in contact with the restaurant for an update. Restaurant then calls me 30 mins afterwards angrily accusing me of lying saying order was handed to me. Sounds like their driver had dropped off to the wrong location but they didn’t bother to figure it out or own up to it. Unpleasant interaction.

The owner and staff were incredibly kind. Since I’m Korean and wanted something extra spicy, they recommended a spicy chicken curry, which I really enjoyed. It paired perfectly with the mango drink. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend!

The service was perfect and a welcoming staff , also the atmosphere was very nice and cozy . The food was normal ( the chicken tikka masala i give them 1 star because it’s taste so sourly and without any tikka spices or any Indian cuisine flavor ) by the way it’s still a very nice spot for a date .

We hosted our friend’s 50th birthday dinner at the 23rd street location last night and they were so great with our group of 21 taking over the entire place. The food was super delicious and they accommodated our cake and shenanigans! Thank you again to the staff!

I just had a great time at the restaurant. The owner and chef prepared the dishes to our satisfaction, and they were delicious. The owner was hilarious and genuine. I strongly suggest this restaurant
Banging Tandoori, delicious Naan, very tasty Pakhoras and Cauliflower to start (Cauliflower was WOW), Kingfisher and Taj beer and the Gulab Jamun were straight S U M P T O U S
