I order from Muna often but this was my first time dining in. Great experience, staff are so nice and attentive. Food is excellent and $20 for lunch buffet is great!
Exquisite garlic naan and chili garlic naan, paired with the best dal makhani I've had in the U.S. A great spot!
I eat at a lot of Indian restaurants. This one isn't the fanciest and the menu is not extensive. But the quality and quantity of the food was excellent. The prices are reasonable (at least by today's standards). I would go back next time I am in the area.
The food and service was outstanding. We ordered several dishes for our group. Each was delicious and fulfilled our appetite
Very straightforward Indian food although they have Nepalese food as well. The classic dishes we had were well prepared and delicious. An error was made with one of the dishes (we ordered lamb and received chicken) the let us eat the chicken and they provided us with the correct dish at no cost. I also appreciated the happy hour -- good quality cocktails with Indian themes for $9. That's pretty good for Manhattan. Polite and attentive service and did not rush us out.
From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed. The service was spectacular - and the food was delicious!
We picked Muna on a whim while on a day trip to NYC. The online menu was appealing and they had a bar. We were seated in the basement portion of the restaurant. I assume there is another dining area on the higher floor. The space is not spacious, about 6 tables and a bar with about 8 seats, but it is clean and well kept. The tables had white linen tablecloths and were set with utensils in black cloth napkins. The menu is pretty simple and I would assume since they have a simple menu that the food is fresh. Our server was friendly and accommodating. They have a fixed price option and our server allowed us some flexibility. Drinks were reasonably priced for NYC and we were there for happy hour. The food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. I highly recommend the butter chicken and tiki masala chicken and the garlic naan. Two of us got out of there for $100 (two meals and two drinks each). Will definitely return.
Really terrible service. Super slow and completely ignoring the tables when the restaurant was pretty much empty. Food was decent, but one guest was served her main and waited 15 minutes for the other two people to be served theirs. Woman server was also really sloppy.
Excellent indian buffet, very reasonable prices, delicious food, naan freshly made. Go early it gets crowded.

Service was slow and they wanted to charge me for tea they never brought. Otherwise, polite and friendly. Food was good, but I can name many other Indian places in NYC which are better, some much better. The restaurant is a bit dingy. Ok for a quick lunch; that's about it.

The food was very good, full of flavor and authentic taste. On top of that, having such a delicious buffet for just $20 felt like a great deal! Definitely worth it.

The food is very good. The green sauce was very bland. I would probably order again. The only thing I don't like is that if I want delivery I have to order $50.00 worth of food.

Our server's timing complemented the pacing of our meal perfectly. Personnel work with both speed and friendliness. Yelp users steered me toward this excellent spot. My friend and I split this dish. The restaurant exceeds what I expected.
