We had such a great time at Nar for our Parents’ Night Out! The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, the food so tasty, and the team made everything effortless. Perfect spot for any group celebration!

From the moment you step into this refined establishment, it becomes clear that you are not merely dining — you are embarking on a journey through the soul of modern Türkiye. The restaurant strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and warmth, weaving together the elegance of contemporary fine dining with the generosity and heart of traditional Turkish hospitality.
Each dish reimagines the classics with modern finesse. The meze selection dazzles with textures and contrasts. Every dish on the menu is extraordinary yet I have my favorites: Çiğ Köfte Rolls, Mediterranean Octopus, Nar Kebab and Turkish Wagyu Cheeseburger. Make sure you save space for Künefe and Turkish Coffee, too.
I would go again and again not only for the delicious food and the ambiance but also for the owner, an amazing Turkish woman entrepreneur from İzmir, and the staff who make this dining experience unique with their genuine smiles. A huge thank you to all!!!!
P.S. I can say that this is the only restaurant that will keep alive the memory of our late brother Orhan Yeğen, the idealist chef who is the first person to come to mind when it comes to authentic Turkish cuisine in New York. May your soul rest in peace, Orhan Yeğen, now there's a Turkish woman taking over the reins in New York.

I visited Nar today and was absolutely impressed! The food was excellent – fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The service was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. A special thanks to Zeynep, the owner, who personally takes care of her guests and makes sure everyone feels comfortable.
A wonderful experience – I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The ambiance is great and the staff are really nice, but I had the mantı and ordered a double portion. When it arrived, I asked if it was really a double. Your portions are very small and not filling.

Terrific Turkish restaurant.... truly as chic and delicious as any modern restaurant in Istanbul. Great service. Cool space. A little loud when it gets hopping, but that's a small quibble for an otherwise delightful meal.
