Do not give them a credit card. They illegally charge more than ny state salse tax and processing fees. They wont say anything until you see the receipt, and he'll claim he has no paper receipts. This cart needs to be removed from the street and his license revoked.
First time in NY probably the last one, taxes are ridiculous but, what is more impressive this hot dog stand charged for one simple hot dog nothing impressive besides the price.
Prices aren’t displayed. Over charge
I wish I had seen the rating first.
My family and I wanted cheesesteaks and came across this truck first. My suspicion was already high when I had seen that their prices are blocked out. We go ahead and order 3 NY Cheesesteaks and cheese fries.... only to find out that each item is $20 each. The fries are in a box small enough to fit in your hand and the sandwich was hardly anything worth noting. It was just a sad sandwich, small with a weird after taste.
Our disappointment was immeasurable but our day was not ruined. The stand next to them, Sabrett had a much more reasonably price and sized cheesesteak.
My only pro from this experience was that the vendor did not make all 3 sandwiches and gave us 1.
Scam!!! Please Be careful. This guy stole my card info and charged me $33 for 2 hot dogs.
Doesn’t sell Nathan’s products
Total ripoff. Doesn’t show prices beforehand, then charges 24$ for two hot dogs.
1 star because zero is impossible. 8.50$ for a hot dog with nothing on it. Plus the guy just tiped himself. It’s a joke. Tourist trap. Awful
Best hotdogs i have had, but some places serve bigger and some smaller.
This spot delivers an experience worth perfect ratings. The menu features varying success but no failures. Workers here showed friendly service alongside cheerful responses. The menu items are excellent and the surroundings match. Nathan’s Famous Hot dog food truck satisfies me completely every visit.

Dont go there! No prices shown. Why? This guy is doing his own prices. 40$ for two sandwiches and 2 cokes…..never again. There is another Nathan Foodtruck a few steps on the other side of the street selling for real prices And also the hot dogs from Sabrett are 5$ an taste good.
The worst food I’ve had in North America. My corn dog was cold in the middle and my fries were soggy and tasted bad. The container the food was given in was bad and the ketchup spilled out of the box. Never again
My 14 year old child is on an amazing school trip from a small town. She couldn't believe it was $18 for mozzarella sticks. Okay, it's New York.. Then we see the charge was 58.00! Gave themselves a $40 tip! Overdrew her bank card. Scamming the kids?! Happened to a group of them. This needs to be reported and these people held accountable! Disgusting.
My daughter and her friends went to this cart and only ordered a corn dog for $10. She was charged $22 and taxes do not equal $12. She checked her card again, and they fraudulently charged her a $40 tip. This happened to her 3 friends as well. Beware. This place is doing illegal business practices. Super disgusting they would do this to some kids. A CORNDOG DOES NOT COST $62.
These people will over charge you a meal that’s $13.99 for $25.00. Find another food truck!!!
