Fraud... The purest rip-off. Incredibly bad and incredibly expensive. $24 for 2 chili cheese fries.
The worst fries I've ever eaten in my life.

Usd 15 for a "new york cheese sandwich" which was some ground beef with absolutely no seasoning, taken from the freezer and cooked on a griddle. Without taste of anything. And a little cheese sauce on top (it's not cheese, it's that cheese sauce type dressing). Don't waste your money here, for USD 15 you can eat something real somewhere else.

I just bought two hot Cokes and some charred potatoes and he charges me 20 dollars, an armed robbery, on top of that he asks me for a tip, what a shame.

Scam - doesn't let you see how much they charge and then when you see they claim it is tax. Pretty sure NYC doesn't charge 50 percent tax. Can't believe the city let's them get away with this.
Really disappointed! Scam. The sandwich had nothing to do with the photo, it wasn't even steak but rather very finely chopped meat. The bread was not fresh, very soft and dry. I'm not even talking about the price: $52.75 for 2 sandwiches and 1 fries. Scam and tourist trap, pure and simple. To avoid!!!
A crook is operating the stand. Prices on the menu were removed or whited out. Gave him a $20 bill expecting change then claimed that the two (badly cooked) hotdogs were $15 and the Powerade $5. Never listened to me because he’s busy in a call with his AirPods. Middle eastern looking guy was operating.

(Translated by Google) This review is for one of Nathan's food trucks located in Battery Park. They charged us $34 for 3 hot dogs (ONLY bun, sausage and ketchup) and some fries. Initially, a $4.99 hotdog costs you almost double. They charge tax and practically force you to pay tip for a pretty bad "service". He spoke badly to us, you can't ask him why he's wearing headphones and talking on the phone and we did him the favor of leaving cash for him to give change to the customer in front of him, and then he wouldn't let us pay with cash. Even paying by card, he did not give us the ticket (receipt) to verify. I would say they seem to be trying to take advantage of the tourists, but even the local people in the front were dissatisfied.
Scam! Avoid! No prices removed from the menu. They have tried to charge $30 for 3x hot dogs.
I spotted the Nathan's cart near the Met. I enjoyed the hot dog just fine, but it wasn't the same as when I had a Nathan's dog years ago. I did appreciate the convenience of the food cart. Saved me a trip to Coney. Good for a snack on the way to another attraction.
i came to visit the American Natural Museum and costumer service was rude, i checked my bank statement and from 30$ he overcharged me 48$!!!!! Becareful with crooks around there ?
