Good experience here until this morning. I ordered online using the Naya website for 1030 pick up, they opened the door at 1035, said they had 3 call-outs wouldn't have the food ready anytime soon, said they refunded me and it would take a day to kick in, no receipt or email. Kind of really irritated at the whole experience. Really hoping that money goes back to my card at some point.

Today I visited the store and had the best experience of my life an incredible attention, the food very fresh and on time, thanks to the person who attended me Selena Valverde she is very fast, attentive charismatic and patient thank you NAYA

That’s top-notch service!
The food was amazing. I had the rice bowl with chicken shawarma and hummus. Totally recommend!
