Good food and service. Not a lot of seats.
Google map direction was confusing.

Some of the best Middle Eastern food I’ve had in NY, great portion sizes for a fair price, and really nice staff 🙂 would highly recommend!!

I dined here a few days ago and tried their falafel bowl with rice and I really loved it! The falafel was very delicious, even though it wasn’t freshly made or warm. The bowl also came with a small pita bread on the side, which was a nice touch. The portion size was generous and filling. Overall, a great value and tasty meal. Highly recommend!

Food is good, Falafel and Shawarma bowels, close to Battery Park.
One draw back is they don’t serve regular/tap water to its customers even on a request, you need to buy bottled water, if I know I would have choose Chipotle over this place, which is just next door to it, where at least they have water for customers.

Went there with my family and there was so many options for all of us (including the picky eaters).
The service was very friendly as well,
Nice sitting area for groups. An overall great experience

Disappointed. This is the second time I've ordered online. The pita was hard—it seemed like it hadn't been used fresh and had been left out, then reheated. I'm also concerned about the hygiene. I ate it because I was really hungry and hadn’t eaten all day, but it ended up giving me a stomach ache!

This fantastic spot is located downstairs in the New York Plaza building. It's one of the many food gems in this little food court, and I was really impressed by the quick service, welcoming staff, and relaxed vibe. I had the chicken shawarma bowl with rice, super greens, pickled turnips and cucumbers, fluffy garlic sauce, a yogurt-cucumber mix, olives, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, and a kick of red sauce. It was so flavorful and satisfying!

The wraps were more pita than filling. But the flavors are good.

The portion size is tiny. Some of the staff is nice but few of the ones who prepare the bowl are terrible.

Amazing place, the beef shwarma they have is sensational. When I first walked in I thought it was going to be average, BOY WAS I WRONG. The service is great I asked for some extra pita bread and they gave me fresh Pita bread, free of charge. It's a very short wait from ordering to eating your food in about under 10-15 minutes. I couldn't praise this place more.

As a big fan of Cava I have to say this place is a gem! I love a good competition, the beef shawarma is really tasty! A delicious bowl overall. The only downside is the place is kinda small to dine-in, but considering it's an "express" location I guess it makes sense.
