My experience at this location used to be very good probably the best when Jalen was working there, but now there’s a whole new group of people working there that for some reason every time I get a different person I get a different result on the food and yesterday I pretty much had enough. The person broke my falafel wrap. Wanted to make a big deal about it because I wanted him to remake it so yeah, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location which means I won’t be going to your store as much because this is right by where I work but I don’t want to spend my money if I’m going to experience bad service and inconsistency when making my food. I know this to be true because when Jalen did work there, I never had a problem ever even with the other employees that worked there with him.

This was my favorite Naya location, and I had always enjoyed my meals here. However, my last visit was a disaster. I walked into the store and ordered my usual meal, but after eating, I became extremely sick. I spent the entire night vomiting and experiencing severe stomach pain. This hasn’t happened to me in a long time. This was also my first and only meal of the day, as I had been fasting to lose weight. I am very disappointed.

If you're looking for the smallest portions of food, this is the place. I paid almost $40 for two bowls where 50% of them were empty, and I could literally count the cucumbers and tomatoes. What a shame!

Stopped by this Naya to get a bowl for take out lunch. This store on 23rd st is less busier than the one on Broadway. I went during peak lunch hour and managed toto walk out with my food within 5 minutes. The other store the line goes out the door at that time.
This store is pretty nice and clean. Few tables available for dining. The condominium section was half empty and little messy. But the service at the counter was excellent. The crew was patient and carefully listened to what customers were saying. I found all their ingredients super fresh and tasty. Loved the chicken and fluffy rice. Coleslaw, pickled onions, cucumbers, feta cheese all were great side ingredients to my bowl.
Vegetarian options: Falafel and bunch of vegetarian side ingredients available to create your own custom bowl or sandwich
Parking: Street parkings free after meter hours
