Guys don't order the food from these guys through uber eats . They use relay and if something goes wrong they you will be made a victim of passing the ball . And further manager of the store does not know how to speak to customer he is rude as hell.On the top of it they lie too . The app is saying food is delivered whereas there courier says food is in the resturant . Attached the screenshot of both .

Really a nice go-to spot. But my last few visits were disappointing. They changed up their process and now the people preparing your food aren't the ones to seal it up. Instead there is a stack of lids next to the register. So the people prepare your food and pass it off, opened, to the person at the register. Then they seal it up. It's just a bit weird to hand open food over to someone who isn't wearing gloves or otherwise serving food and having them seal it. So they have their un-gloved hands touching the inside of the container and inside of the lid as they put it on. I know, a bit of a weird observation, I was just pretty turned off by the idea of a person interacting with the register, money and customers being the one to touch your food and seal it up. I know 99% of people probably wouldn't notice or care, but it just seemed like a sloppy and unsanitary way to serve food, so I left both times I saw that.

Love the chicken shawarma here! There's unlimited toppings available and I asked them to put them all in my rice bowl so I can try all the veggies and sauces! It's really good and comes with pita bread as well so you can make your own little taco wrap! Yum!

So I hesitated in giving this place 5 stars because the staff was clueless and unenthusiastic when it came to answering my questions. But I came across one that was the loveliest person who was willing to help. She was blonde and wore all black I believe her name was georgette she helped me through my process and was very knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail . I enjoyed the food in a safe manner because of this individual. 5 stars to her most definitely! Thanks

The food is delicious!! I love the chicken shish taouk and rice vermicelli bowl! Yum!! I add hummus and fresh vegetables. The food is always fresh and amazing!! The people that work there are so friendly and the service is always fast! I love the vibe and music too! I highly recommend Naya at 23rd Street!!

This is our favorite quick, well priced place to eat. There are plenty of options for everyone. I like the lamb option. I add the hummus, garlic paste, red onions, jalapeños, pickles, rice... the list goes on. It never disappoints. You must try it!!

The worst falafel sandwich in New York! Nothing was fresh. All ingredients are tasteless. the falafel was cold and hard to chew. It must have been sitting there for hours, it lacks the distinct flavor. The wrap was almost raw.. it broke into pieces from the 1st bite. I will Never go there again.
