I was really looking forward to trying NAYA but unfortunately, my experience was ruined. I ordered takeout, and they packed the food in a flimsy bag that ripped as soon as I picked it up, spilling everything onto the ground.
Not only was I left without a meal, but it was also extremely frustrating that they didn’t use sturdier packaging for hot and heavy food. When I called to let them know what happened, there was little effort to make things right.
I can’t comment on how the food tastes because I didn’t even get to eat it. If they improve their packaging and customer service, I might consider giving them another try.

Giving Naya 5 stars for the food but service as well. I had placed a mobile order for the incorrect time and when I called the store to correct it they actually listened! I showed up with warm lunch and saw on the receipt they had crossed of the incorrect pickup time and wrote the correct one I called in with. It may seem small but great customer service is hard to find nowadays. On top of that the food is fresh, delicious and for how much you get I think the price point is valid.

This afternoon i decided to stop by and order my lunch instead of pick up, young lady on line around 3-4 was so welcoming, kind recommended some topping! With out a doubt I’ll come more often in person. Order shawarma chicken it was Fresh and delicious!!! Hospitality score a 100% i recommend you to stop by.

not even half the food it used to be...not for me anymore. Greed is only gonna make you lose customers.
AVOID. Used to come here everyday but they give about half the food now and are so rude. Microscopic serving sizes now and even if you ask for more they refuse. $16 for about a cup of rice and chicken combined with the smallest servings of vegetables. An absolute waste of money this is even worse than Chipotle these days and I’m definitely never coming back. For those who want a full lunch or dinner there are so many better places right around the corner please don’t waste your money here

Worst experience ever. Ordered on seamless for noon pickup. Waited for over 20 mins and eventually got lunch elsewhere. Went back at 1:30pm and still it was not ready and I had to leave to go back to work. They did not process a refund and instructed me to follow up with seamless, which took even more time. What a hassle. Will not be going back. The line is super long.

Great place to enjoy Lebanese cuisine. The roll has excellent quality ingredients and the quality/price ratio is good. Poor service but a good way to have a quick lunch
