You cant get worse services than this. We asked for plan noodles for my 5 years old and they got me the noodles uncooked and just l Iike dry uncooked spaghetti and refused to change it. And they still dared to add tipping even if we were less than 6 people party.

Be careful here I ate here with family and saw a worker smoking near the bathrooms and very overprice. Eat at your own risk!
Good wasn’t necessarily bad, but oily and doughy as a whole…
The siu mai with rice meant it was inside the dumpling, which while interesting didn’t taste great.

Great and delicious food. Fast and efficient service. One thing I noticed, is that the lady who greeted in the way have some preference. She didn't greet us out for some reason. It's not a big deal. But she did greeted to others with a big smile. Maybe I m seeing too.

Food is delicious, my boys love fried rice, popular with Asian visitors/guests every time.

We stopped here for lunch. The food was delicious and servers attentive. We're visiting from Chicago and all tasted good and authentic. I recommend this stop. Also bathrooms were very clean! Huge plus.

Food was too oily and saucy. Not authentic. Space itself was nice.

We dined here on a Thursday night and the service was impeccable, with multiple waiters making rounds and helping us before we had to ask - e.g. hinting to eat a pork bun whole with the spoon in order to retain the broth, passing napkins the moment we had a quiet spill, etc. Everyone we interacted with was kind and patient. While I’m no expert on dim sum, I enjoyed the pork buns and orange chicken which had just the right amount of spice alongside actual orange peels implying a genuine prep process.
Honestly can’t say enough about the service - this sweet little restaurant nestled in Chinatown was so much more on it than most upscale restaurants we tried in downtown Manhattan.

Unfortunately, I never had a chance to taste the food here. Walked in as a party of 2, was seated immediately. Had to waive down a waiter to take our order after about 10 mins of being ignored. Placed our order and after 40 minutes and seeing people around us who came later receive their food, I asked if there was an issue with our order. They came back a few minutes later and asked what we ordered because they didn't see any order from our table... kinda ridiculous given that we're sitting there and the place wasn't even fully packed. Very unfortunate. It looks like the place is for unknowing tourists to just walk into a bright corner spot. Ended up walking up the block to Supreme Shanghai and had the best soup dumplings there.

The food is alright but far from being the best in Chinatown. It is also incredibly overpriced.

Attentive and caring staff.
The food is good, generous portion but a little too salty for our taste.

Atmosphere was nice, but our table cloth was a bit dirty when we got there. The food came out pretty quickly and the servers were nice. My friend got veggie dumplings which she really enjoyed. However I got pork dumplings and sesame chicken and neither were great. My pork dumplings had almost no seasoning and the pork has turned gelatinous in some areas - maybe undercooked. I couldn’t finish them. The sesame chicken was alright but a bit rubbery and yellow. Would not come back.
