The food is mediocre overall. The kimchi soup stands out as delicious but the kimchi fried rice is somewhat bland. Unfortunately, the boba tea didn't meet expectations.

Conveniently located across the street from the Rockefeller building. If you just finished skating at "The Rink" and need to replenish that tank, this is a good place to do that. It's only a few steps from there. The dining area itself is in the basement. It's low-lit and has very quiet atmosphere. When we came in around 1230ish, only three tables were occupied. The bar area was also empty. The food was good and the portions are more than enough for any single order - can feed two. We got the bulgogi, japchae, and pork belly; and a couple of boba tea. I also had the dumpling soup - very tasty. They made everything for us including the bbq instead of serving the meat raw for us to cook them ourselves unlike in some cases with other Korean BBQ restaurants. Maybe they do it when it's not too busy. This is actually perfect so we didn't have to smell like grilled food when we head to our appointment afterwards. They also served warm tea and kept it refilled - perfect for that slightly cold, end of February weather. The lady that served us was very attentive. A+ for her! We didn't finish our food so we asked her to bag our leftover. My only complaint is the cold water in the restroom. Wouldn't hurt to have a portable water heater there. And the hand dryer needs a boost as well. You'll walk out of there with cold and wet hands. Use your napkin at the table to finish drying your hand =).

The store on the first floor was deserted, which made me a little intimidated. When I came in, I found that the dining room was in the basement. The food is amazing, the bibimbap is very delicious, and the side dishes are refillable. It is a highly recommended Korean restaurant.

We really enjoyed our dinner in this little gem. The friendly and nice staff, the quality of food and the warm and cozy atmosphere made our experience unforgettable. Shin in exquisite!!To our fellow Tahitian people: if you visit NY and eat here, you will eat very well and you will feel at home. ????

As soon as I got on the bus(?) and arrived in New York, I was so tired.Without having the energy to search for a good restaurant, I went to the one closest to the hotel. The lady boss is so kind,Even though it is near Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, New York.Good price and lots of quantityIt's great value for money.Since I was a single customer, I didn't order meat,Koreans tired of travelI recommend this restaurant as a cost-effective meal!!

I went twice.. On the first day I had stir-fried octopus and kimchi stew and it was delicious.. 2 days later I had pork belly and I think GOGI37 is much better~^^ The meat is like old-fashioned pork belly and a little less~^^ Soju is only sold as Cham Soju. It costs $15.

Very friendly service right from the get go. A little strange the setup, but nice atmosphere once you're seated. The food was fantastic!! Very flavourful and good portions for the price. Glad we found this hidden gem.

We ordered winter special and some sides. Winter special includes one Bibimbab and a soup (you can choose 1 of 3). The size of bibimbab is quite huge, I guess two adult male could have one bowl. All of our group left about half or 1/3.Taste was good, they were not very different from those of restaurants in Korea. (Trust me. I am Korean)
