Pho was pretty good but broth was a bit short of spectacular. Found the amount of bean sprouts and mint offered to be quite skimpy. I can believe that many some may not use them much, so they don't want to waste them by offering full portions, but still, if they want to be on the skimpy side, then at least tell customers that they'd bring more if desired.

Visted NYC for a weekend a few months ago and was craving a warm bowl of pho and randomly chose this place and it was the best decision of my life. This is genuinely the best pho in existence and I think about it constantly to this day. I've had many bowls of pho since I left from a variety of places but nothing will ever compare to Nha Trang One. Moreover, the staff was so kind and we had a couple laughs. You could tell how the food was made with love by the people who worked there. I wish this was an ad but just genuinely could not stop thinking about this place and needed to write a review that this place deserves. Every time I talk about revisiting the city with my friends, it's always with the secret intention of coming back to heaven on earth aka this restaurant. just the whole ambiance of tbe restaurant was so comforting and exactly what i needed after being out in the cold streets. (p.s. they run out of chicken broth by dinner time and usually only have beef broth by night so keep that into consideration if you dont like beef! the beef broth is still super yummy)

Stopped by a long time favorite for a quick sit-down lunch -- ordered their classic Banh Mi Thit Heo Nuong. What a treat. The ingredients were so fresh and flavorful, the baguette toasted perfectly. It was also so generously sized that I had to get the rest of it wrapped to go! The service is fast and friendly.

There was a famous, and perhaps, fictional story of a US president. The president, not known for being much of a talker, was seated next to a woman who knew of this. She leaned over to him and said, "I bet I can more than two words out of you tonight." He responded, "You lose." Those were the only words he said to her that night. Well, you lose Nha Trang One. And you will get more than two words out of me as to why. Poor service. Want two more? Mediocre food. Care for another two? No flexibility. Yes, the prices are decent. However, for Manhattan standards I did not like the minimal noodle content even as most sank to the bottom. The meats are tasty, and the broth is fresh. Otherwise, I have two more words to add to this gloomy review. Not recommended.

After a cold and rainy day in NYC, this is exactly what we wanted. Happened to stumble upon this restaurant online and ordered Pho delivery. It was THE BEST pho broth we’ve ever had. I wish I had ordered it one more time before coming home. So good!

Please check your bill. Shame on this establishment for over charging on some items. It’s happened several times. It’s completely UNACCEPTABLE! It’s so obviously done on purpose. When when we pointed it out to them, they act like, “what’s the problem”. You may ask, why continue to patronize them after all this but I do love their food. I wish I could give them 5 stars across the board since the food is quite outstanding however, this is some shameful illegal activity if you ask me. Beware diners!!!

Solid place out of the 3 viet spots on that block (pasteur, thai son, nha Trang, etc)!I like their XL bowl there ($13.50). Good portion of meat cuts. They don't have tripe in this bowl but ive seen it in other viet spots. This is the best bang for buck comparing medium bowls (see below).- nha trang - $13 based on L2 on menu- thai son - $14 based on #3 on menu- pasteur - $13.5 based on P2 on menuI gave it 1 star less as the spring rolls are on the smaller side and the soup isn't piping hot compared to other places I have been to.All in all, I would go again. Great meal option. They accept card.

Check your bill! They had overcharged me several times on different items. It's a dirty trick! Shame on you Nha Trang One. The fact that this happens almost every time we dine there is UNACCEPTABLE. I will say it's hard to stop going there cuz I really do enjoy their food. Everything is delicious. PLEASE check your bill! It happens quite often!!!! I wonder how many ppl over pay every day!!!
