I had the roasted chicken, I asked for a vegetable switch with which they happily complied. The meat, evenly sliced roasted fingerling potatoes, spinach, touch of carrot & onions diced, in a minimal broth sauce was absolutely delectable as well as delicious. The freshly made, heated Portuguese rolls and butter were superb and the price of the meal very reasonable for this quality of food. 3 glasses of house wine, and two meals cost $95. Perfect, one of the best kept secrets...
The Tuna was not fresh and had a fishy taste to it. The Cheesecake was like a brick. Stored too cold. The food here was just not good for the price. It's basically in a lit up basement
Good Food close to the Train Station We all had nice seafood dinners, the rolls were good and the entrees were fresh and healthy. Two of us had the Chilean Sea bass which was served with shrimp wontons and vegggies in miso broth. Our other guest had the Chicken bowl. and it was full of veggies too. The bottle of wine that we purchased was delish and only $50. We'll come back to this restaurant again if we train into NYC for a show or sporting event in the future.
