Upon walking into the Spot, it looked good. Pretty Decently quiet for a burger place so close to Penn Station. Nice and clean. 2 story establishment. All good asthetically.The person at the register was very kind. Answered all of my questions having to do with my Girlfriend's dairy allergy. Food is incredible here! I have eaten here 3 times. So far, all I have been ordering is the double smoked Cheddar brisket burger, as that is the burger with the most meat on the menu! It is amazingly good. Lots of tasty BBQ sauce, pickles, beef, pork, and cheese. The service here sucks, the workers are mentally incompetent and don’t listen to what you ask for. The food is good but not worth the foolishness you have to go through to order. There are better burger places 2/10!!
