The food here is authentic and incredible! Highly recommend Bún Bò Hue (spicy pho) and house platter which was what I got. The soup was flavorful and hearty!

The rice noodles were very delicious because the soup was rich and oily.
But the waitress who served me was so dirty that it was unsatisfactory.
Hand condition of questionable cleanliness.

I had the beef pho, and it was tasty. The broth was flavorful, meat was tender, and I absolutely devoured it. (If you’ve never had pho, the beef is rare at first, but it cooks in the soup. That’s why it’s pink in the photo). The two friends I went with both ordered the chicken pho which they also loved.

I docked one star because the restaurant was sooo busy on the Monday evening when we went. We waited outside for 40 minutes, and I was getting hangry....
