The rice noodles were very delicious because the soup was rich and oily.
But the waitress who served me was so dirty that it was unsatisfactory.

I had the beef pho, and it was tasty. The broth was flavorful, meat was tender, and I absolutely devoured it. (If you’ve never had pho, the beef is rare at first, but it cooks in the soup. That’s why it’s pink in the photo). The two friends I went with both ordered the chicken pho which they also loved.

I docked one star because the restaurant was sooo busy on the Monday evening when we went. We waited outside for 40 minutes, and I was getting hangry....

It's in the top 3 pho I've ever had. If you come to New York and crave soup, you must definitely go. I really recommend it! I'm actually worried that it will be difficult to go next time because I'm famous?
