NOREE is a great place with an amazing ambiance, delicious food, and cocktails. The host is friendly and has a great sense of humor. The Thai style wings were ok, while the lemon pepper wings were really good. The atmosphere is chill with the game on. The service could be better, but the music and energy in the restaurant are great. The lychee diva cocktail is excellent, and they offer all-day happy hour with $1 wings. It's a perfect spot for after-work drinks and quick bites at reasonable prices.
