I was walking from Central Park towards Times Square, looking for a little dessert, with my friends, I was visiting from Miami, and we came across this Bakery, very delicious, all the delicious Mango cheesecake, and very good service, I thought I need coffee for this cold and I was I'm standing in line to pay and a guy comes up to me and asks me, do you need coffee? And I yes of course! When I arrived at the checkout, he was waiting for me with my coffee! Everything is very delicious and pleasant and for being in Times Square the prices are not that high! šš»š¤¤š° (my baby eating the cookies) last photo

Everything was very nice, very organized, the desserts were delicious, I only gave the service one star because I went at a busy time and day and the cashier was more sensitive to me, maybe because I was dark-skinned and I was a little lost because it's the first time I've visited the place. She was desperate for me to pay, she pulled me out of a line that was going to order something from the counter and she didn't even give me time to choose what I wanted or see other options, she only made me understand that she wanted me to leave that place.

Surprised by how good the cheesecake and pistachio tiramisu was. The music was great but the lighting was horrid bright blue fluorescent lighting.
Had a pistachio bombola and a special Carmel cheesecake. Total was $20. Both were dry , as if frozen weeks ago and then defrosted. Really tasteless and were fed to the pigeons. They actually looked good. I donāt mind paying top dollar if itās fresh and flavorful. Iād be ashamed to serve this. The girl was friendly and service was decent.

A Dessert Lover's Dream Come True!
NY Bakery is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the sheer elegance of the place. The atmosphere is sophisticated, clean, and inviting. The dessert selection is mind-boggling, with something to tantalize every taste bud.
We indulged in the divine Godiva chocolate and pumpkin spice cheesecake, a heavenly combination that sent our taste buds into overdrive. The gluten-free options were equally impressive; my daughter couldn't stop raving about the mango mousse, continually repeating, it the best she's ever had! Even my son, who's not much of a sweet tooth, was captivated by the flaky, pistachio croissant.
But the true highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Kald. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like royalty. It was as if we were staying at the Waldorf, receiving the kind of treatment usually reserved for the elite. Kald's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was truly remarkable.
In short, NY Bakery offers a five-star experience from start to finish. The desserts are heavenly, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is pure elegance. If you're looking for a bakery that will exceed your expectations, look no further. NY Bakery is the place to be!

They are not friendly, they just keep on top of you, watching what you grab or what you don't pay for...
which makes you feel very uncomfortable, two employees even made me believe that they were talking about us in Arabic while we told them that we were looking...
because tell me, how am I supposed to know what I want if I don't see what's there???...
the service is terrible!
Don't be fooled by the place either, it looks nice but the sweets are not delicious at all, they are dry and tasteless, or yes, they taste like pure flour, they are not soft or fresh...
too expensive for the quality.
I don't recommend them at all.
