Chef Chris was professional, punctual, and helped me host the most amazing dinner party for my mom‘s birthday in the Hamptons. He created a fantastic menu and was able to accommodate all dietary restrictions while keeping the meal, smooth, consistent, and absolutely delicious. He is not only a delight to work with, but incredibly easy to coordinate with. He was such a pleasure to have in the kitchen, helped me prepare the table and made me feel at ease, even though it was very probable that our outdoor celebration might get ruined by the rain. 12 out of 10 if you’re hosting a dinner party in the Hamptons or in Aspen, he is your guy. Chef Alex at his side and the two were in perfect harmony . The Prefect Bite was perfection, Nonna’s Meatball Petites mouthwatering , Bucatini Cacio E Pepe heavenly (many asking for seconds) and the Chilean Seabass a kiss from the ocean ! Only regret I forgot to take photos of food. Will be hiring Chef Chris again soon
