M&M Oasis Deli & Grill

Yesterday, I bought what was my last salad from Oasis Deli. There are plenty of other places on the block to get good salads. The salad was put into a bag along with a napkin and plastic utensil, presumably a fork. When I got back to my car to eat the salad, the utensil turned out to be a spoon. How do you eat a chicken Caesar salad with a spoon? This was the same question posed to the two men standing behind the counter when I returned. One spoke no English, or at least pretended to speak no English. (How do you put a person in a public facing position who does not speaking the same language as the public being served?) The other man said “we ran out of forks.” I asked him, “you knew you didn’t have forks when I ordered and you gave me the salad? Why didn’t you tell me?” This was of course was far too difficult a question for him to understand and answer. He was left speechless by the hard question. At the source of these multiple issues is obviously management. Management that has influence over the entire operation. This is far too small a neighborhood with plenty of other options for management not to get it right.

The rice had been sitting out and basically dried out again

THIS GUY SCAMS PEOPLE ONLINE! HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT BUYING FROM A DELI OWNER BY DAY AND ONLINE SCAMMER BY NIGHT???

If they only stayed opened longer 1 our each night they would double their profits.Nothing opened past 10pm in the area.

Clean, decent food, room enough to walk around.

This was my go to place but honestly really disappointed the past few times I've ordered. Today's order will be the last from me. There were large pieces of plastic and aluminum foil INSIDE the sandwich, not even like at the cut. No onion is this hard and unbreakable. It was straight up PLASTIC. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. I'm pregnant, what if I ate that and it gave some sort of complications to my health. Here's a picture of the large piece that I tried to break and it wouldn't.

Neighborhood deli. Kids go their after school. I go there often.

Come and try our chicken Shawarma for the first time tomorrow afternoon

Had Lamb gyro w chili sauce. Deee-frickin-licious!!

The food here is amazing new owners new store. Sandwiches are very good and the store is clean I recommend everybody to try this deli. Congrats to new owner Muhammad
