Dutch Baby Bakery Reviews
Their biscuits are the best!
Pastries and coffee are delicious! Vibe is very local. Will return again and again
One of my favorite places in the neighborhood. This is one of the few spots that really feel like it has that perfect blend of good food, good service and a vibe of community. If you’re ever up by the Cloisters, this isn’t far from it and worth checking out. They even serve booze if you need it and at this point in time, who doesn’t?

Dutch Baby Bakery offers a delightful dining experience with a neighborhood vibe, drawing in people of all ages and styles. The menu features a range of dishes, including avocado toast with a unique twist and Southern-influenced main courses, all prepared with fresh ingredients. While there is no table service on weekdays, the weekend staff provides excellent service, often described as super nice and very helpful.
The bakery is known for its delicious coffee, pastries, and brunch options such as croque madame and huevos rancheros. Many customers appreciate the variety of baked goods, with bagels being a standout favorite. However, there have been some minor complaints about inconsistencies, such as not receiving exactly what was described on the menu, like with the croque madame. The dessert selection is not to be missed, as one satisfied customer even took home leftover birthday cake. Overall, Dutch Baby Bakery promises a great dining experience with its varied menu, excellent drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere for the uptown community.
