Convenient tsukemen place just a couple of blocks from the Delancy St subway. The dipping sauce was full of umami, and the chashu pork and egg toppings were truly delicious. Took one star off because the noodles, while nice, were nowhere near as thick and chewy as in Japan.

The taste is ok, yet you need to pay before you eat, input the card number by your self on your phone, and then the system still ask about 18%min tip

Chashu was good but Tsukemen dipping sauce was wayyy too salty. Fries and garlic dip were extremely salty as well. The lime they provided was completely dry. Chicken was dry as well.
Service was fine, but one of the cooks should stop making so much eye contact with customers 😂.
Maayyyyybe I'd go back to try the ramen, but the saltiness of fries and tsukemen does not make me want to go back.
Edit: in response to the business owner: yes, I know tsukemen broth is supposed to be rich and concentrated. I've had tsukemen in Japan. But Okiboru's tsukemen broth is not rich in flavor. Okiboru's broth is straight salt.

Okiboru House of Tsukemen is such a delightful spot with an incredibly warm and welcoming vibe! Mimi, the hostess is truly exceptional—so kind and gracious, she makes you feel right at home. Thank you Mimi 🩷🙏🏼
Now, about the food: their tsukemen (dipping ramen) is definitely their forte, and it’s what they’re known for. If you’re looking to try their unique take on ramen, the tsukemen is the way to go. However, if you’re expecting a more traditional bowl of ramen (like the soupy kind), this might not fully hit the mark.
That said, the amazing service and inviting atmosphere make it worth a visit for anyone curious to try something different. Give it a shot—you might discover your new favorite way to enjoy ramen! 🍜

A classic, good place for good tsukemen. Narrow space with bar seats. Simple options so tables turn fast, a spot better for single foodie or 2 ppl groups.
Slightly pricy since their basic toppings are not a lot. (What I got took me $30+ in total.)
✨Tsukemen was outstanding, no doubt. Slightly on the oily side, rich fish taste. Both pork and chicken chashu were good; pork melted in mouth and chicken was juicy.
Side dish bamboo was nice but the black pepper was a lot! I’m ok with it but pretty strong.
Vegetarian options: Vegan ramen, tofu protein

Almost $20 before taxes and tips for 2 small pieces of cha siu pork is ridiculous.

It's ok. Perfectly nice staff and great hole in the wall feel....but $20 for a bowl is pushing it for the quality. I expect more.

The best. The fishy porky broth was a flavour explosion! Noodles were perfection and that squeeze of lime helped cut right through all that.

Probably the best tsukemen in the city, and on par with some I’ve had in Japan.
Also: this is a tsukemen place. Don’t come here and order ramen and complain that it’s nothing special.

The best Tsukemen I’ve had so far in the United States. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is that the soup served piping hot.
Flavor, umami is 10/10
Noodles 10/10
A definite must when you visit DUMBO in NYC

Top notch spot in NYC that I go over and over again. Super friendly staffs and taste is always consistent; incredible texture of fresh noodle and that rich deep flavor of broth that most of the ramen places in NYC cant even imitate this. This place is a real deal! Worth the money and always leaving with full of satisfaction.

Food is amazing, service doesn't exist but they still ask for a tip...
The waitress is rude and yelling all the time with instructions, but at least food is good so overall 3 stars.

LOVE this place. Would go back here 10/10, tsukemen is ?, big portion, yummy noodle. Would recommend getting the additional spicy paste, it made the tsukemen broth much more flavorful, and egg.
