From OK, choose this place due to it's proximity to The Comedy Cellar. Walked in & immediately loved the place. Excellent drinks, I had the beef beef borscht and the BEST SERVICE EVER from a young lady with such a unique name (she said her mom came up with it). She helped ensure I had a great experience. We were looking for a place to go before seeing a show at Audible Theater and was lucky to find The Olive Tree. Food was delicious, portions were generous, and service was service was delightful. There's a comedy club downstairs so it was fun to see all the pictures of past performers.

Great spot to grab a bite and a drink before or after a show at the Comedy Cellar! Ambiance was very cool. Lots of photos and videos playing from former Comedy Cellar shows. Big band jazz standards on the speakers. We went around 8:30 on a Tuesday, prior to our 10 pm reservation at the Village Underground. Had a reservation, but didn't need one. It wasn't crowded. Service was quick, the servers were friendly and the food and drinks were great! Saw several comedians sitting in the back, in between their sets. It was such a fun experience!

Small, yet fun little restaurant next door to the iconic comedy cellar. Service was fast and friendly. The hummus and cheese burger were both delicious. Ella was the waitress and she was great.

Food is good not great. Fair price. Service was very slow to nonexistent at times. Waitress was talking with others that didn't appear to be customers while we politely kept looking her way so that we could order. Just not very attentive even with refilling water glasses. Forgot I had experienced this type of slow service last time that I was there about 9+ months ago. The place maybe had 4 other tables.

Been coming here for years with 3 friends, last year started to decline with service and the head waitress or manager was extremely rude and racist to my friend when she was polite and didn’t do anything. I tried going one more time but definitely bad service. Sad that this nice place is run by rude people .

Our server David John was so funny and attentive! The food was phenomenal, and I loved drawing on the table with the chalk provided. Most of the portions are very large, and easily splittable. 10/10 would recommend
