I agree with the other negative reviews. I've been here many times as I work nearby, and I always have a frustrating experience. In a sea of overpriced food and coffee options, this place has to be the worst. Not only is the food mediocre but the service is sooooo bad. They have so many workers, yet it takes upwards of 20 minutes to get a hot tea. The workers are never in any particular rush, no matter how long the line is. And don't dare ask for an update on your order. You're met with a very unpleasant response. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Line was long but it went by very quickly because the sandwiches are premade. Because they're premade, you can't get half of certain sandwiches or make any substitutions.

Feedback for the owner:Lettuce with parmesan is not a Caesars salad.A chunk of dry bread that you need to break with your bare hands is not croutons. The dressing is barely enough. Be more generous with it

The team has been really unfriendly & unkind as of late and the prices are just shy of silly…. I won’t be coming out of my way to go here again. *Theres far too many options for a sandwich shop to have be unfriendly and charge what they do*

The absolute worst option in Brookfield. I had the misfortune of buying a muffin (not the one I asked for). Having a nut allergy, I asked the half asleep person behind the counter if there were any, he groaned no. To my surprise the first bite had a nice crunchy walnut & there in lies the problem. Overpriced muffins, I can do…fatal ones? Nope

Stay away, the food is not fresh at all. Bought half a mozzarella sandwich and got the worst case of food poisoning. Stay away

I took half olive’s hero sandwich for lunch. It was one of the worst i have ever had. Dry, bread was so hard, it was difficult to bite and it bruised insides of my mouth, it was definitely not fresh

Mediocre service and poor communication. I called in 5 minutes ago to reserve a sea salt popular cookie (I was successful), showed up to retrieve it 5 minutes later and was told it was sold. It's not a big deal to most, but a big deal for me considering the time wasted and how much I love the cookie. I called to avoid wasted time. Not cool.

I love getting coffee and fresh OJ here. It’s the spot except for when they don’t have oranges to squeeze, which is too often. Inventory team should order more! People like it fresh, like they like the coffee!

Rip off .... Ordered grilled yellow fin tuna steak with grilled onions, wasabi mayo on a brioche... it literally turned out to be a pre made cold burger. Not sure how long it must have been sitting out. I was expecting a freshly grilled warm tuna steak over a brioche bun and sides. Paid $17 (tax plus tip) for this cold, salty and tasteless meal. It's click and bait. How they present it on the menu versus what you get is a joke. Pictures included for reference. Off my list forever.
