Great value and really unique omakase. Extremely high quality ingredients and exceptional execution. My wife and kids felt welcome and taken care of throughout the meal, highly recommended!

Excessive is the word I would use to describe the “creative” pieces in this 17 piece omakase. It’s like when people are in head to toe designer clothes, but not cohesive—just because it’s branded doesn’t mean it looks good. Similarly here, all toppings and layers of condiments resulted in bad tasting sushi.
The evening started strong with chutoro as the first piece, but I knew things were going south fast when the rice was falling apart in my 2nd piece. Having fresh fish is a requirement, but what makes omakase special to me is the rice… and the rice here was over cooked and overly flavored with… soy? Something salty instead of the bright neutral sushi rice you’d expect so it was hard to taste the sweetness of the ebi/hotate/uni. Chef then proceeded to cook via torch both the salmon and the otoro 🫣 not just a sear, like he fully cooked the pieces. Such a waste imo. There was also an excess of toppings on almost all the pieces making it hard to enjoy the fish (coleslaw and tomato???).
I’d only recommend this place if you want the omakase vibes, but have a lower budget and are craving something completely opposite of traditional omakase. 2 stars given for fresh fish and good music/ambiance.

This was one of the worst omakase experiences I’ve had. The sushi was not fresh, some pieces tasted off, and the presentation looked careless. For such a high price, the food and service were both unacceptable. The chef barely interacted, and the staff seemed untrained and inattentive. Honestly, this place feels like it’s trying to charge luxury prices without delivering quality. Save your money and go somewhere else—there are far better omakase restaurants in the city.

Excellent selection with competitive prices. Aaron, was a delightful sushi chef, who was humorous and knowledgeable with every sushi piece presented.

I had high expectations for this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The Omakase was bland and lacked freshness — the fish tasted dull and was not properly chilled. The rice was overly sticky and underwhelming. Service was slow and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the price. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for quality Omakase.

A very warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was quite proper and delicious. Since the weather was great, the fact that there was only a fan inside and no air conditioning didn’t bother me at all. I prefer fresh air over AC anyway. The service was very calm and they nicely provided information about extras you could get without being pushy. In my opinion, it’s a very good choice for having decent, tasty food

Outstanding value and overall flavorful omakase. There is a tremendous focus on the sushi and not creating a more social media type of photo experience within the room. The sushi chefs are outstanding in preparation and explanation. Only feedback is that I wish they had a more robust selection of white wines. Perhaps a burgundy and crisp/clean riesling.

The omakase went way too fast. Had to tell the chef to slow down. If I didn’t we would have finished in less than 30 mins. This is a red flag.
