The ambiance is amazing. And the service is great. Very romantic. But the food is very expensive and unremarkable. We ordered on the conservative side: 2 drinks each and the 3 course prefix and the total was around $550. That's a lot of money for rather lackluster food. I think you can get more value at The Grill or Gramercy Tavern.
I've never been to such a delicious restaurant before, especially the Beef Wellington — it was incredible! The atmosphere was romantic and elegant, and the staff provided excellent, attentive service. Highly recommended!
Everything about this dining experience was wonderful. The ambiance is amazing, the service was calm, well informed, and executed to perfection. The food was fantastic, the live pianist is a wonderful touch. You can see how many hands work in unison to make service flow smoothly. We ordered the agnolotti, squash croquette, and grilled octopus to start, and shared the beef Wellington for our entree.
