I'm sorry...I know everyone tries very hard. But I just wouldn't order from this place ever again. (I ordered delivery so I don't know about the service or atmosphere.) We ordered pad see ew, tamarind duck, and green papaya salad. It was the most bland thai food I have ever had. Pad see ew was bland and had weird combination of vegetables (like zucchini and carrot) that you would not normally find in this dish. The duck was ok but gamey, and came with watery bland vegetables. The salad was so sad...if you've ever had good green papaya salad, you know they don't cut the papaya (or was it even? tasted more like daikon radish) so thick.I'm sure people who work at this place work very hard. But sorry...I would not order again.

I’m a loyal customer for years. Food, service and atmosphere were always nice. Last night I ordered a duck salad and got a deep fried duck fat with inedible sauce instead. I hope it was an accident, cause it never happened before.

I ordered pick up online from their own website, which should have been my first clue. The site has 2 pages: "Home" and "Order Online". I was at work, hungry, pressed for time and 2 blocks away, so I repressed my instincts and ordered. Then I couldn't find the place! (Just wait...) I ordered the crispy duck salad. Wow. 20 years eating in NYC and this is the first time I threw away my meal. The 'salad' part was a thin layer of wet, wilted greens stuck to the bottom of the container. The apple chunks were brown. The cashews were SOGGY. The onion slices were soft and visibly dry. And the, I guess it was supposed to be, duck? Flavorless mystery meat thickly coated with equally flavorless BATTER (!) and also soggy! Turns out, this is a ghost kitchen inside Dark Bullet bar! I walked in and out of an empty bar with no lights and no people (patrons or staff) to be seen, TWICE, before venturing in again in hopes that I could call out for someone who might be able to tell me where Opai Thai was! One star for the friendly staff member who came out of the kitchen and told me I was (unfortunately) in the right place. Never again.

Authentic Thai Cooking! Great food and extra large portions. I ordered from Uber eats, all the way from the East side, it was well worth it.I was impress from the portion size, food arrive in super deep dish container, enough for 2 people.Quality food, in texture, and taste. As someone that visit Thailand very often, I can say this is just like original thai food, not “americanized” that is popular for the wrong reasons. Will order again for sure!

Waited over an hour and a half for a GrubHub order that never showed up. Restaurant didn't answer their phone any of the dozen times I tried them, and GrubHub couldn't reach them either. So glad I get no food AND have to wait 3 days for a refund.Order from somewhere else!

This place deserves 0 stars. Don’t ever ORDER from here. I used grub hub to order in which it allows you to tip virtually through the app before or after your food is delivered, I chose after due to previous experiences. My food was running late so I called the restaurant to inquire about it. The lady purposely told me she tild my delivery person due to me not tipping prior he WOULD be receiving a cash tip. 1. You can not dictate how I choose to tip. 2. Its rude to set your employees up for the expectation that they will always to be tipped because truthfully your staff today was not deserving. My food arrives, the delivery person is asking for a tip prior to handing me my food that I had to come get after requesting contactless drop off. Despite me physically showing him on the app that I was tipping him, he refused to let my food go until I told him how much I was tipping him. I politely said sir I paid for my food already please don't do that. He then forcefully pulls the bag to where it was broken & my food was damaged. He then said “F*** YOU” . Please spend your money in a more tip deserving establishment ! Worst customer service ever.

Take out and delivery only. Love the duck and the drunken noodles. Generous servings as well.

The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional! He asked for a tip. I was planning on leaving a tip through the app after the delivery was completed I explained this and he asked how much I would tip. He even tried to leave with the food if he didn’t receive the tip. I decided not to tip due to the disrespect and the restaurant called me to demand a tip! This was a horrible experience.

Called to place an order over the phone and "Michael" was super nasty. Never had a problem ordering until today. You need better phone etiquette

The best green curry I've ever had in my life. The vegetables were perfectly cooked beautifully sized. There was a whole artichoke. I would drive from downtown to uptown just to visit.

They were quick, but everything is either deep fried or full of sugary sauces. And a calamari fritter is just a bin of dried up fried calamari.
