Had my birthday party at Ophelia, everyone had a great time. Beautiful views of the east river. Service was great and the place really livened up as the evening set in.
Just the loveliest spot in town!! The beef tartare was superb. Loved the staff. So nice. Excellent choice!!!!! View is insane. 💖
