Stopped by Oren’s this morning to grab a coffee and pastry on my way to the park. The coffee was excellent! The barista helped me choose a fun flavor from their February menu. I decided on the Single Ladies!!! Overall a great experience! 10/10 will be stopping by more often :)

i’ve heard tons of good things about orens drinks from my friends and i thought my drink was good, however the syrup i requested was not added, i asked the barista if i could have another pump and she rolled her eyes and laughed to the staff member behind her, overall just made me feel stupid. the cashier was super lovely though!

I had an unfortunate encounter today. The white male cashier's behavior was incredibly rude and unbecoming. Upon entering, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the cashier. He seemed disinterested and didn't greet me or any other customers in line.When it was my turn to order, I asked a couple of questions about their coffee blends, but he appeared impatient and annoyed by my inquiries. His responses were curt and snobbish. It was clear he had no interest in answering and being at work.After ordering he seemed to rush through the transaction, and sneered at me. It was a disappointing experience, to say the least. Seems like I'm not alone in this.

I generally go and buy beans at Oren’s weekly. Probably the best fresh beans in the Morningside area. Not much place to sit and drink coffee, so more of a take out bar.

Coffee was good. But had a horrible experience with a male barista/cashier who was extremely rude and spoiled my whole experience. He was annoyed regarding my student ID, unfriendly and just unwelcoming. Poor management if many people have complained and yet have not done anything about it.

I love this place!! But, as previously mentioned by others, the barista really needs customer service training. As a student, whenever I show my ID for the discount, he glares at me and sighs in annoyance. This place would be better with a little less attitude.
Came for Tom's Restaurant and was blown away by how good the coffee is here.

Their pumpkin spice brown sugar latte has the same taste as a latte (not even a very good one, unfortunately) and costs more than average. Moreover, there is a pretty unfriendly cashier (male with ginger hair; probably shouldn't mention more details) who shouldn't face customers for the business's and customers' sake. I may as well have just gone to Starbucks and saved some money for a better and less expensive coffee.
