This place has an ambiance so captivating, it starts nourishing your soul even before the first bite. The service and flavors are truly exceptional, each element carefully curated to create a flawless dining experience. Everything here feels as it should be—perfectly balanced and utterly delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing it for yourself.

This is my 3rd visit in the last two months and another wonderful experience. We sat outside in the little house ( I never know what to call them ) and that was cozy and intimate. The service is friendly, super attentive but not overdone. Boris is awesome! We had the burrata with beets and the mushroom croquettes as appetizers - fantastic! I went with the "traditional" cacio y pepe raviolis and she had the sweet corn ravioli - both so different and so tasty. Suffice it to say there were no leftovers! Rumor has it the sweet corn will make it onto the regular menu. I cannot recommend this little gem of a restaurant enough!
Well the food was good and fresh. Desserts scrumptious. Server (Tiffany) the best, like family!! Great ambiance. So happy this has opened in the neighborhood. My friends and I will be regulars.

We didn't get to eat here because it is very tiny and can not accommodate a large group. I do not recommend if you are a walk-in or passing by with a large group. Its better to make reservations or just for dinner for 2.

What a fantastic venue for a private party or just dining out! We just hosted a group of 30 people for a pre-wedding event, and I can't say enough good things about the experience.
The staff was responsive from the planning phase through to the day of the event. The service was unusually warm, helpful and professional. What a lovely difference it makes when servers are genuinely friendly and attentive!
From the Antipasti to the Pastas, Entrees and Desserts—all served Family Style—each bite was delicious. Highlights were the Burrata, Malfalde Pasta with Mint-Pistachio Pesto, Orata Fish with Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli Rabe and a heavenly Tiramisu.
The restaurant walls are shelves filled with books. The ambiance is intimate and comfortable; it almost feels as though you're eating in someone's home library.
I highly recommend Osteria Accademia for private parties or for restaurant dining. Many of our party guests mentioned that they plan to return—and I do, too!

Food was mediocre, manager was rude from the start. He was not friendly nor accommodating.
To top it all off, I wasn’t feeling great so I went to the bathroom. A few minutes later I was met with a knock at the door to which I replied “occupied”. Then followed by a more aggressive knock and then the door opening, exposing me to the entire restaurant. And to top it off, the manager didn’t immediately apologize, I had to confront him, then he gave us the bill without any sort of compensation.
Horrible experience, horrible owner, mediocre food.
I’m not sure why the reviews are so positive.

Was initially attracted to the vibe projected through the pictures but my experience was extremely underwhelming. The food was just bad. I had meat with mashed potatoes, but the meat was way too salty. My friend had a red pasta but the sauce was watery and the pasta was overcooked. We also shared burrata: Please, don’t. As much as I like burrata and beats separately, the combination of the two in this appetizer doesn’t work at all. The waiter was polite but a bit intimidating, checking on way too often. As for books, it’s not an academia vibe at all. Most of the are in German and the selection is so random that it screams that the books were brought as a decoration, not for some additional meaning.
