Went here for a birthday and it was a lovely time. The staff were incredibly attentive and the food was delicious! The waiters really know what they are talking about and had great recommendations. Plus they sang happy birthday and brought out a dessert of our choosing with a candle in it. It made the day feel even more special and we so appreciate that extra touch. Would recommend!!!

My fiancé and I ate a Osteria Laguna after seeing a show in the city. It was so conveniently located near Grand Central. We went at 5pm on a Sunday, and it was quiet. It was more crowded by the time we were leaving. We sat near the windows. The restaurant had a beautiful ambiance. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive, and were happy to make suggestions. The prices were reasonable for a really nice Italian restaurant in Manhattan! I would definitely go back and would recommend Osteria Laguna!

Service was exceptional, they greet you immediately with bread and water. The pasta was delicious. Small champagne glass of wine for $21 was a bit steep, everything else was good value.

This place was across the street from our hotel. Talk about convenient. We had the white asparagus and mushroom risotto. Delicious!! It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

This was an excellent meal, both tasty and beautifully presented. We tried a roasted lamb dish and a salmon ravioli. Our table service was attentive and there were many interesting choices on the menu. The staff was kind and accommodated my request for a vegetable substitution. The pace of the meal was comfortable and we hope to return soon.

Maybe because had great expectations going in or because went in for lunch on a prior occasion was pretty much disappointed. While the place looks great, the setting, the atmosphere and the ambience is just amazing. The rest of the things not so much. Firstly again could have just gotten unlucky with the waiter, but he did not seem to care much, as would not even look at you when speaking. They have an amazing bread basket that they serve each table, as for the rest of the food to follow it was a bit disappointing. Ordered both specials and of the menu, but their seafood just did not taste right. The fish was perfect, but things like scallops, squid and octopus were all either rubbery or bitter. Even the tiramisu was off in an Italian place.

Love osteria’s pasta so much that I bring my friends and family. I imagine that the pasta is freshly made everyday but, if not, 10/10 regardless!
This place is a gem. We tried the lasagna and it was to die for. The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is spaciest but old school and I love it. We came in with 2 kids under 2 and they accommodated us. Will be coming here more often.
