Birthday Pre-Theatre Dinner was excellent. Don't let coziness fool you. Had the skirt steak. Good portions, excellent flavor! Had a birthday serenade in Spanish! Loved everything!

The 10 ounce skirt steak was done to perfection; juicy, tender and flavorful -- enough for 2 persons with a side of fries. Would recommend. However, the corn empanada had more cheese than corn and was just so-so. Service was very good. Will return.

The steak quality was amazing! The service was wonderful- it was like going to a friend's for a meal.

I really love this little restaurant. The food is just outstanding and it never disappoints. The skirt steak is my favorite but everything tastes fresh, well prepared and well seasoned without a lot of butter and garbage in it. We discovered it when going to see Hamilton last January but now it's a go-to when we don't want to be disappointed and want good simply prepared food. Highly recommend and not too expensive.

Wonderful experience at Victor's Cafe. Delicious food. Great ambience. Attentive, friendly service. Prices normal for what one would expect in Midtown. Will definitely eat here again.

I cannot say enough. This place was FANTASTIC! Traveling from out of town for work and we wanted to squeeze in a unique NYC dinner before hitting a show, and Palermo was just the place. Burrata Salad, Beet Salad, Lamb Croquettes, and Mollejas - Delishy!!!!

Amazing! Had my engagement dinner here and it was amazing. Daniel and Karla and the rest of the staff were amazing and they made our special day so perfect! The food was incredible as well and our entire party had an amazing time!

We enjoyed a wonderful late night dinner. Unassuming from the street, passersby might not venture in. The ambiance, once inside, did not disappoint, felt very authentic. Food was outstanding, service was friendly and attentive. It brought me back to wonderful meals I shared with colleagues many years ago in Buenos Aires. Recommending to friends in the City as a hidden gem close to the theater district.
