The food was excellent! I ordered the New York strip, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and full of taste. The service was even better! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel special. I'll definitely be coming back! Jose was our server and he was great!

We had an amazing dinner. Diego and José made our experience a marvelous one. The best steak in HK!

Great spot for a cozy pre theater dinner. It’s the entire brownstone so there’s more seating upstairs. Made reservations for 5:30 and the food came quickly and was delicious. José, was our amazing server, took care of us and made great recommendations. Lamb croquettes and skirt steaks were our favorites. We even had time for José favorite dessert which was the dark cheesecake with dulce de leche..mmm, worth it.

We had a wonderful dinner here on Saturday night with a group of 5. The ambiance of the restaurant is awesome. Really has a neighborhood restaurant vibe. Server was excellent and made many great suggestions, including for wine. Food, cocktails, and service were all top-notch. Will definitely be going back again.

Franco was or waiter ...excellent We were upstairs in the “pink” room. I had a skirt steak and wife had fish. Both were great.

Second time having dinner at Palermo. I had the Bronzino this time, which was delicious. We shared the Octopus, Tuna Tartare and Burrata salad for appetizers. All of them were delicious. Definitely will be back.

Outstanding service will be coming back. The service was top notch, the steaks are out of the world, and the experience was one of a kind. If you want an out of this world experience please ask for Eric, he definitely is the highlight of the experience. Authentic and extraordinary dining experience. Can’t wait to dine here again!
