Finally made it to Palladino’s, and the food did not disappoint. We had the crispy Crabcake, baked clams, charred octopus and calamari. The lobster scampi is to die for! The Seabass melts in your mouth. Steak lovers this is where you need to be!! The sides included mac & cheese and cream spinach. Everything was a 10. The entire staff was exceptional, including our waiter Christian. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful service! Servers were attentive and incredibly kind and polite. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was top notch! We came to see Chef Henry after rooting for him on Hell's Kitchen and he was incredibly friendly and talkative. He allowed us to take a picture of us together! Excellent restaurant and I hope it does well!

Wow.
Iconic restaurant. Iconic space.
An NYC must. Thank you Palladino’s team, thank you Chef Chris and the amazing team you’ve built in the kitchen. So much heart. Just wow.
Wagyu like butter! Crab crisp and lobster scampi were perfection. Slow cooked bacon was tender and sweet and sublime. That coconut cocktail was like a vacation in a drink lol. I can’t even talk about that chocolate cake. Just all around classic and thoughtfully executed.
We stopped by Palladino’s Steak & Seafood for just appetizers and dessert and decided to try their seafood tower. Since this restaurant is still fairly new—it has only been open in Grand Central since September 2025—we wanted to give it a try, and it did not disappoint.
We ordered the tower that says it serves four, but honestly, if you have four people, I’d recommend getting the one that serves six. It disappeared quickly because everything was so delicious. The oysters tasted incredibly fresh, and both the lobster and shrimp had that perfect firm, juicy pop when you bit into them.
I also loved the little details, especially the mini Tabasco sauce bottles they served with the tower. I enjoyed them so much that I took two home with me!
And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying their chocolate cake. It’s absolutely decadent, rich, and indulgent—the perfect way to end the meal. Even though we only came for appetizers and dessert, this new addition to Grand Central made a great first impression, and I’d happily come back again.

We recently had an amazing dinner at Palladino’s, the stunning new steakhouse overlooking the iconic main concourse of Grand Central Terminal.
The steaks were cooked perfectly to order….juicy, flavorful, and everything you want from a top-tier steakhouse. Everything felt fresh, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented.
What truly elevated the experience was the service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Special shoutout to Mark, Audrey, and Aisha… they went above and beyond to make our night special, with spot-on recommendations and that perfect balance of professionalism and personality. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t planning to write a review, but I honestly cannot stop thinking about how disrespectful this situation felt.
We dined there on Saturday, and I want to start by saying that the food was great and our waitress provided exceptional service. Unfortunately, the experience changed when we needed to use the restroom.
My sister asked me to go with her to the bathroom, but I told her I was not sure where it was because I had used the restroom downstairs before going up to the restaurant. My brother-in-law then mentioned that there were bathrooms inside the restaurant, behind the bar near the entrance.
When my sister and I walked over, we could not find them, so we asked an employee near the bar where the bathrooms were. He responded, “The bathrooms are downstairs.” My sister, confused, asked, “You don’t have bathrooms here?” He immediately responded, “Bathrooms are for customers only.” A more appropriate and professional response would have been, “Are you dining with us?” or “May I ask where you are seated?” For a restaurant of that level, guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when asking a simple question like where the restroom is located.
That respond was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. My sister told him, “I am a customer.” He then asked where we were seated, and she explained that we were sitting around the corner on the second floor (His face said he didn’t believe us) Instead of helping us or politely directing us, he again said the bathrooms were downstairs.
We went back to our table and asked our waitress, who immediately helped my sister and showed her where the restroom was. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that the same employee followed us back to our table, as if he needed to verify whether we were actually customers.
This was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. That interaction left a very bad impression. Customers should never be made to feel judged, questioned, or unwelcome when simply asking where the restroom is.

The space is gorgeous and iconic NYC grand central station. The prime rib is one of the best you’ll have anywhere. The waygu melts in your mouth. Amazing apps. Soft serve ice cream sundae is fun and delicious. My kids loved ending with them.

I will to begin to say this place it’s the Top World class steakhouse !. There is no doubt in my mind it’s one of the best if not the best steakhouse in NYC . I been in NY in many steakhouse’s including a 24 months old aged steak with a top notch quality steak, but nothing like Palladino’s Steak & Seafood.
I travel the world for my job as professional aviator. l been my self in many steakhouses in Europe however the taste’s juice tenderloin seasoning they prepare the meat here it will blow your mind. I would say this place it’s a must to come to central station in NY if you’re around. We were there on April 29/ 2026 for my daughter birthday celebration, we love the service as well, customer service it’s above & beyond you could expect it, our waiter’s service was excellent amazing, Hema & Eduardo one of the Managers they were on top attention to detail, anything that we need they were there. I couldn’t be more impressed, happy & satisfied customer with their service and food.
