I've been coming to this Panda for many years. It's always fast, hot, delicious, and excellent. Convenient location next to the 1 train and also near Columbia University. Unfortunately, it seems like the portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller over the years while the prices keep going up, so that's annoying.

Amelia and the cool crew working respectfully and kindly took care of an issue with a customer using the facilities for a long time. They were very kind and thoughtful. They made my very 1st Panda Express experience pleasantly memorable and the food was amazing too! :)

Waited 28 minutes for food — watched the folks behind the counter multiple times fill containers for a catering order with the food my order contained while promising my food was coming soon. After 20 minutes of waiting (and after the catering order was filled), I watched the manager ring up his staff meal while 15 people waited to order food.
I won’t be coming back.

the employees tend to be very unprofessional about handling situations + disrespectful. no wonder this specific panda express’ employees never last .. always switching and changing. we used to buy from here alot but we genuinely couldn’t take it anymore, we will likely never return LOL
