Last night, I made the mistake of ordering the spiciest entree known to man! We basically had to run here afterwards in order to save our tastebuds. They had some outside seating available and no indoor seating. The line went by pretty quickly. I tried to quickly download their app but, honestly, it was huge hassle. I love Pinkberry, however this location’s staff is not up to par with customer service. There is either one staff to help everyone while the line is out the door, or it will be about 4 of them that will look you dead in the face not greet you and take their sweet time to come take your order. Maybe they need some staff training.

I come to this location quite often and was never disappointed. But tbh the girl at the register is super rude & is always sighing and talking in a rude manner when i ask her for something as simple as putting my card numbers in because all I had was my phone and unfortunately this location does not take Apple Pay. Next time I come I will ask for another worker to take my order because I would simply not tolerate her attitude.
