I come to this location quite often and was never disappointed. But tbh the girl at the register is super rude & is always sighing and talking in a rude manner when i ask her for something as simple as putting my card numbers in because all I had was my phone and unfortunately this location does not take Apple Pay. Next time I come I will ask for another worker to take my order because I would simply not tolerate her attitude.

Last night, I made the mistake of ordering the spiciest entree known to man! We basically had to run here afterwards in order to save our tastebuds. They had some outside seating available and no indoor seating. The line went by pretty quickly. I tried to quickly download their app but, honestly, it was huge hassle. I got the small chocolate and hazelnut with toppings. It satisfied every chocolate craving I had. I got brownie bites, chocolate chip cookie dough bites, peanut butter cups, and more. I got a caramel drizzle on top and wow! So delicious and filling! Thinking about it right now makes me want to go out and get some more! Yum!

I love Pinkberry, however this location’s staff is not up to par with customer service. There is either one staff to help everyone while the line is out the door, or it will be about 4 of them that will look you dead in the face not greet you and take their sweet time to come take your order. Maybe they need some staff training.

Pink berry is definitely my favorite froyo place overall. I love their original tart, it is perfectly sour and fresh. Also their fruits are so fresh while they are very generous with the amount they give. I could easily eat pink berry daily!

I love this pinkberry but there is this one server female with black hair who consistently gives customers attitude and rolls her eyes right in front of your face. Bad customer service. Reconsider your employees customer service experience. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this pink berry it’s been years since I’ve visited but my experience today was not great one of the female servers rolled her eyes at us when we were making our order, while I was with my toddler this is not the type of service you should be giving when you work with customers she should not be rolling her eyes and giving body movements as if she’s not willing to help we are not getting a FREE service we are PAYING for it ....

Love pinkberry. The female long hair with glasses server was rude in regards to not having anymore fruity pebbles, one male server offered me some that they pack for delivery which I gladly said yes. However the girl server helping me when I asked her for 4 rolled her eyes and only provided me with one then when I asked her if she gave me 4 she blatantly lied. I checked the bag before I left and asked the male server to please provide me with the missing ones. He was nice she was rude AF. It’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could get myself I would’ve.

My go to location when I lived in the cityl! They are in a prime location not far from the subway stop for 116th on the UWS off the 1 train. I only wish they would bring back the green tea flavor fro-yo that was always available when they first opened! I recall coming here when the line was out the door. It was always worth the wait. Glad there's a loyalty program now - it's pretty good actually!
