Ok, so I've only been here once but the incompetence was unreal. I literally ordered one blueberry muffin and they definitely took their time. To be fair, it was kind of accident, but it was rather irritating. The muffin was alright, but it cost almost $4! Thankfully I got it for free because I had downloaded the Panera Bread app.

The food itself was decent after a nightmare of trying to have it done as advertised. Among other things we ordered signature take chicken sandwich. Got only bread, piece of chicken and lettuce. Noone knew what else was missing. Everyone kept saying that is all it comes with. Then one of the employees said there is mayo on it, we both looked and didn't find it. I kept showing the picture they advertize, they said the picture that says signature take on it is actually for something else, "garlic one but we dont have those at this time" as per one of the employees there. He then took the sandwich back and returned with a properly furnished one. He confirmed that it was missing few ingredients previously, no apologies.

I never felt so unwelcome at a Panera like in this one. It’s a shame because always the empty at other paneras are great

Idk wat happened to this location but its gross. -Ridiculously expensive for a small sandwich that had no effort put into making. -Employees look and are miserable. Just a dull place.

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in a Panera store. The workers are so concerned about having 30 more minutes to clock out that they forget how to treat customers. Me and my pregnant wife were asking for simple items to which I received an attitude and even though I repeated myself twice they still got my order wrong.after I asked for the order to be corrected the personal in the front still gave attitude. Thank you for making this one of the worst experience in Panera
