Ok, so I've only been here once but the incompetence was unreal. I literally ordered one blueberry muffin and they definitely took their time. To be fair, it was kind of accident, but it was rather irritating. The muffin was alright, but it cost almost $4! Thankfully I got it for free because I had downloaded the Panera Bread app.
The food itself was decent after a nightmare of trying to have it done as advertised. Among other things we ordered signature take chicken sandwich. Got only bread, piece of chicken and lettuce. Noone knew what else was missing. Everyone kept saying that is all it comes with. Then one of the employees said there is mayo on it, we both looked and didn't find it. I kept showing the picture they advertize, they said the picture that says signature take on it is actually for...
The menus was confusing. I saw the pick 2. I thought it was 2 item for one price. However it turned out to be each item for that price. The bowl of soup is small. It did say could feed family of 4.
