Ridiculously good views of Manhattan and very easy to reserve a table in advance. Drinks were expensive, but understandable as you're paying for the view which you'd struggle to get elsewhere. Didn't receive table service, however, which you'd expect in a place like this.

BEAUTIFUL interior and rooftop. The drinks and food were good but pricey. There was not much bar seating either. The staff were VERY inattentive and unwelcoming. It’s like they avoid servicing the customers they’re hired to serve. Even while I sat at the bar I had to go out of my way to get the attention of staff who were right in front of me. The experience definitely would’ve felt nicer with friendly bar staff.

This is a great rooftop in NY. Great view and service. BUT the food is very bad. The chef is trying to do some experiments with fancy ingredients and they are very bad. You are going to lose a lot of customers because of it. The price of the food is very expensive. Change the chef. Do some menu engineering and get better food more options and you will get your clients back. I’m telling you as a food and beverages manager for Hilton worldwide. Free coaching at not charge. We stayed in the same hotel. The views are spectacular, it is very true and the atmosphere lives up to it, which is not easy. The music is varied. The only fault I can give it is the limited nature of its cocktails (I don't recommend the Battle of Light) and the almost non-existent food.

Fantastic view. Horrible service, and expensive. The food was decent.Had a reservation for a table at 7PM but had to wait 30 minutes for out table, even though half the tables were empty. When we receive a text that our table was ready, we were again showed to the bar for a few minutes before actually being seated.The prices could be justified if the service and experience was elevated, but currently not worth it. Even after the below average service, they happily apply a 20% service charge, and have the audacity to request an additional tip on top of this while paying.
