Such a bad customer service, the barista quite rude, the food very average, the place doesn't have WIFI which is difficult to believe, you truly get the feeling that you want to get your money back for overpriced coffee and pastry and a horrible customer experience

The cafe doesn’t offer public Wi-Fi, and I was asked to relocate due to a no-laptops rule at the bar during certain hours. Several sections are reserved for hotel guests only, even when those areas are empty.

Everything you think a cafe should have it doesn’t have. Not recommend for non-hotel guest as they don’t provide public WiFi and restroom even you purchase any beverages and food. Vibes and deco is good though. Only for those really just want to chit chat and chill for food

The coffee is good, but omg the worker there… she acts like she’s there against her will. This is the second time I’ve come, and the first time I asked her about a drink and she answered me with a really rude attitude, but I wanted to assume maybe she was having a bad day. I came again today and it’s the same attitude. Really bad.

I popped in for a quick coffee and pastry between meetings and this was perfect. Limited seating but it’s in the hotel so guests circulate fairly quickly. Friendly staff, great moderately quiet ambiance, and good coffee and pastries.

I ordered a latte to stay and received it in a plastic to-go cup. When the person who’d taken my order realized the mistake, the barista just poured it into a mug instead. No latte art, no microfoam, just milk mixed with espresso. Not worth the $8 price and not a good customer experience.

Chai latte tasted like a ready-made mix. I had a pumpkin bread or banana bread. It was fine. Atmosphere had cool vibes, and the staff were nice. But the Wi-Fi was only for people staying at the hotel above.
