Coffee was good, but adding a 20% tip for basic counter service is unacceptable. Nothing was brought to our table, and when I questioned it, the waitress was visibly annoyed.

Don’t go if you’re not staying in the hotel. Use of wifi is forbidden. Also very expensive.

I normally don't leave any bad reviews but this place made me so frustrated!

I walked in thinking this would be a cute spot to get some work done since practically everyone had a laptop out. I took a lap through the space before ordering to look for any signage saying I couldn't stay/ no wifi ect before ordering as I always do and saw no signs that I was unwelcome to work so I ordered a drink and a pastry. When I tried to sit I was told I couldn't sit in a certain area because it was bar only, no signage for this. Then I tried to connect to the wifi and I was told it was only for hotel guests. The whole situation was very frustrating as I was a paying customer and should be allowed to use the space, or informed with some sort of signage that the space is not for the general public. Overall I just felt very written off here, don't go if not a guest!!!

Beautiful design, but limited seats even on weekdays. It’s part of the hotel so not very friendly to none residents to hang around. Would recommend blue bottle on the next block to do some work on laptop and work. No public WiFi and almost $10 for an oat milk latte (+tax+tip)

I recently moved to the area and have been really excited to find my favorite coffee shops for work.

I was drawn into the Paper Coffee shop because of its relaxed interiors surrounded by plants.

I ordered a matcha latte which was delicious. While there is only one barista, he was very with it and churned down the line of orders.

Unfortunately there isn’t WiFi here for paying customers which was the biggest bummer. I completely understand prioritizing guests over patrons however it was still a disappointment. I’m sure management have their reasons however this change would have provided a 5 start review.

Luckily I have hotspot and can still work here for a bit, granted it’s not fast.

Show no respect to coffee client. If you don’t see coffee clients as your clients and only want to provide service to hotel clients and ignore coffee clients, then don’t sell your coffee to ‘public’. Ridiculous 🤬

This place strikes the perfect balance between café and calm workspace—sunlit, plant-filled, with warm wood accents and comfortable seating by the windows or in the lounge area

I had both espresso and batch-brew filter—smooth, rich, and always well-executed.

28$ for a coffee and a bagel that I had to cut and spread by myself. Never again
