I can’t believe I just paid 14.70$ for a hot chocolate and a bagel with cream cheese.
The place is super nice in terms of design, but most of it is only available to hotel guests

Cozy shop inside Made Hotel's lobby with upbeat atmosphere and comfortable seating areas. The baristas work in a pretty tight space, so patience is important, but the Honey Bear latte was delicious and worth the wait.

Paper Coffee at MADE Hotels delivers an exceptional coffee experience. Impressed by its outdoor presence—something that never goes wrong—I was drawn in. The coffee is amazing—expertly crafted, smooth, and full of depth. The space is effortless yet refined, making it the perfect spot to sit, sip, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Poor pastry selection and the drip was burnt. Cool lobby though.

3pm in the afternoon & the waiter at the back bar won’t let me sit and have a coffee for 10 mins even though the whole back bar is empty. Used to frequent this place & ran into his energy last time- guy has terrible service

DO NOT TIP HERE.

Avoid this RACIST establishment at all costs. Service is rude, unprofessional, and waste of time and money.

Once they find out you don't tip on a take-out order, all professionalism goes out the door. They make you feel uncomfortable as the screen turns on the tip. They put your order in the back end on purpose and are extremely petty.

Spend your money elsewhere, this place needs new staff, seriously

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A POC!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!

That is, unless you want to be publicly shamed, scrutinized, and rolled eyes at by the extremely rude cashier. She publicly shames people for not leaving tips on a TAKE-OUT order (seriously?! Okay go off and get a grip on your little power trip…good for you on that little dopamine kick). She is extremely petty and disrespectful to anyone who is a POC—always putting other people’s orders who went after you first because they aren’t POC.

To top off, the coffee was bitter, tasteless, just like the barista/cashier.

GO ELSEWHERE. SERIOUSLY.

Love this coffee shop! Very lowkey and quiet place to enjoy a coffee or sit and do work. No public WiFi, but still a great relaxing space with great interior design.

Loved the aesthetics of the place everything from the decor to the tableware

Lovely spot to meet a friend for a quiet, cozy chat. The Elderflower Yuzu Sprtiz is refreshing, and the Fried Anchovies are delectably, crunchably tasty (mmmm, iron).

$6 for a cappuccino is a lot, especially when - if you want to stay - much of the indoor area is reserved for hotel guests. I also either got oat milk instead of the regular milk I had ordered or the steam wand wasn't cleaned which left the oat taste

Beware: No WiFi!!
Got a cappuccino. Was good.
Great ambience but no WiFi. There should be a bigger sign you see before ordering beverage or food.

not the best place if you are looking to do work, it gets pretty crowded since its a smaller space and a lot of the tables are often reserved for hotel guests. its listed w free wifi but the wifi isn’t publicly available if you’re not a guest.
