Their tea are mostly flavored, the quality of their original tea are just so so, but they have some really interesting flavors/blend to try. Overall, if you want a fun experience, I would recommend this place, even though the quality of the tea is a little underwhelming.

An adorable tea house with a variety of options from herbal to oolong to green teas and chais and more. I ordered a tea pot of bergamot oolong with a side of pistachio milk that was delightful and enjoyed the outdoor side seating. Limited seating so they require one pot per person. My partnered ordered a matcha oat milk latte. They have loose leaf teas and tea cups and chocolates + pastries for purchase to go as well.Vegetarian options: Oat milk, pistachio and macadamia nut milk options

Adorable find in West Village/Greenwich area - this is a tea lover's delight! Super tiny spot, but they have all sorts of varieties of teas (looseleaf). I loved how you can smell the different blends via there samples. I got a Chinese Oolong tea and loved it. They seemed to do tea time/tea tastings as well - nice spot, but be prepared to be a little cramped. Good spot to get to-go high quality, loose leaf tea .

Enamored by this place! I can’t love it enough. The space is quaint with a beautiful interior, sublime ceramics and tea sets, and a cozy vibe. The teas are high quality- had yuzu green tea and bought gingerbread tea that I’ve been indulging in every night since then. There are limited number of seats but once you get seated, you go into your own bubble as you sip on tea and peacefully observe people and things on shelves. Staff was wonderful and patiently explained tea varieties along with their recommendations. I hope this place doesn’t get too overhyped / TikTok-fied to preserve its sanctity. (TikTok ruined Café Lyria for me for example, I still love the coffee, people, and the interior but it just got busier and less peaceful).

It’s alright - it was very crowded and hectic when I went - I am not sure if this is representative of how it usually is. It so busy that it was hard to take in all of the tea selections, but from what I saw, I got the impression that this shop takes a “crowd pleaser” approach rather than a “tea education” approach - I saw a lot of flavored teas, such as “blueberry jasmine” and “coconut oolong”, which isn’t really my “cup of tea”. I had a regular jasmine tea, which was nice but nothing to write home about.

TLDR: Great teas and found myself a new favorite reading spot! If you love tea, this place is for you. They have such a large selection of teas its a little overwhelming but you are able to sniff anything that intrigues you before you commit! I chose the white tea with rose and it was great. Each pot is about $10. There were also some pastries and tea cakes that were available to purchase. Got some raspberry madeleines and they were super moist and buttery. I'll probably get them every time. They don't allow laptops in the cafe, so keep that in mind, but you are welcome to read books! It can get noisy and the space is quite small so seating may be limited. Overall: can't wait to try another tea and read in this cute place!

Such a beautiful, cute, peaceful store. The servers were really kind and polite. Would love to go again. Indeed, one of the best coffee/tea store in NYC.

Service is amazing and the tea is exceptional! An amazing spot to go and have tea alone, which is hard to find.

The staff that were here today were just so awful. Rude and kicked me out after I finished my tea (I stayed for an hour) and told me to leave because they have too many customers and they need my table. This used to be my favorite spot for morning and evening reading. I used to come twice a day, But I’m not coming here anymore.

The staff with glasses and face piercing was being racist. We were there first but she told us that there were no seats so she cannot take our order. But there were definintely two tables outside and she gave one of those to ppl who came later than us. She even ignored me when i try to talk to her about it.Hope she doesnt give any more bad experience to other customers.
