Cool venue and solid DJs. No issues at the door, however it did give the vibes of a place that assesses people trying to get in the club. For those complaining, this is unfortunately a common practice amongst many clubs around the city where if you don’t meet certain criteria of the person at the door, you will get charged a ridiculous fee to get in (even if you have tickets) Suggestion is to make sure you look up the place and skim the comments and insta to make sure you fit the vibe

RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL !!!BE CAREFUL WITH THE SHORT-MUSTACHED GUY AT THE DOOR, HE'LL STEAL FROM YOUAwful...horrible place, Don't waste your time going there, Me and my friends we got tickets in advance online, and we went there to celebrate my bday last Saturday (march 16th 2024) we got there early around 11 pm and when we were In line, this short guy that dresses funny with a ridiculous Salvador D'ali mustache just tried to milk money out of us, he tried double charging us even though we had tickets with QR codes for the event, he looked at us and told us that the tickets were worth nothing, and embarrassed us all in front of everybody, everything happened so fast and he kept saying in a low voice the price that we had to pay to him, to keep himself safe in case we make it a scene, so many people were questioning the same thing and he kept the same attitude kicking everybody that had tickets out of the line, so...IT'S A BIG SCHEME...I've been there before but my friend had invited me, so when I went by myself and brought my friends for my bday this little oompa-loompa with the ridiculous mustache did thatI even called in advance to disclose the birthday party to the club and to reserve a table for us, but the little thieve at the door didn't even care to listen, he just kept embarrassing all of us girls in front of everyone, charging a ridiculous amount that wasn't even posted anywhere, he was pocketing this money for sureManagers should be aware of this practice because I don't think he does that alone, I saw him talking privately with a girl who had a credit card device connected to her phone and the security guy just followed what they said and embarrassed people out of the line, we had to find a place last minute and contact everyone that was coming to my birthday to go somewhere elseHORRIBLE PLACE...VERY, VERY BAD ADMINISTRATIONSCHEME...SCHEME...SCHEMELIARS AND THIEVES AT THE DOORTHE NON-SENSE, VERY BAD-LOOKING MUSTACHE GUY SHOULD BE TERMINATED EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELYWe already placed a collective complaint to the New York City Hospitality Alliance and the New York Food and Beverages District attorneyMy whole family is made up of lawyers and I'm an attorney myselfThis won't stay like thisFalse advertisement and misleading civilians in self-benefit including financial extortions are all crimes and they will respond to them, I have plenty of witnesses and proofsJUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO PARADISE CLUBThere are plenty of nice, honest and good clubs around New York, so save yourself from this frustrating experience

Bartender cut me off... from water... at a rave, after I asked for my SECOND cup (and by cup I mean probably 3-5 ounces of water... a few sips). And my $26 whiskey ginger was nothing special either. Bad vibes in this place. It is clean and a nice physical space but the people working there don't seem too nice.

Amazing, sound and decor. But the prices of the drinks were so outrageous, that even a seasoned New York City club goer had reason to be appalled.

This was the weirdest experience. Had a reservation at this club which is not cheap. Apparently it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation or are a guest if the hotel. If the door man doesn’t let you in for whatever personal feelings he has, that upholds. This was our case. To this moment I don’t know if this was abuse of power or what to call it but will be informing social me is of this experience. Never again. Was treated with such disgust, attitude and disrespect for people who dropped a good chuck of money just for a reservation. Patronized the hotel restaurant and bar for a door man to decide who gets a stamp. The man with the twisted mustache and the tall black man with a beanie. Shame.

Food: undercooked, cold and a bit over salted just don’t eat here (a ton of places just outside of it), drinks are watered down to the point of ruining the taste, service matches the food, waiter tried to overcharge then shrugged it off when got caught, not even a fake apology, and the sole part of the place that is worse is the greeters/door people. The design is up to par, but I would say it’s not so spectacular that it’s worth it.

Once you're inside, the scaled and crystallized performance is so electrifyingly divine that you'll probably settle for a less-than-delicious meal, and the food is so delightful that you'll easily accept even a decent performance.

I wanted to send a big, BIG thank you to the security and management team. My bag was stolen, but thanks to your alert employees and their swift response, it was found within minutes. I appreciate the quick action and hope there were consequences for the thief.

I’ve been to this club in the past and it was nice, not sooo busy but nice. Tonight was told it was a private party and even though being guests at the hotel, was told it is $150 pp. yeah I get it, it might not matter you are a guest or not but I highly doubt it was busy. There was zero people around wanting to get in. I just saw the ropes and thought oh let’s check it out before we call it I night but for $150 for a few minutes I said no thanks we will come back tomorrow. Went to grab pizza down the street, came back and there was a line up of random people. I doubt these people were going to pay that price nor were they part of some “private” party. Not really sure who they think they are but in bad times, I am those people that would support this kind of establishment. I don’t mind to pay cover but if you try to rip me off, no thanks.

Ambiance was okay, the vibes weren't very good, probably because the DJ. Felt very exclusive, but honestly the music ruined it - the DJ didn't choose songs you could dance to. The Service was great though, nice bouncers and bartenders.
