I must say I love this location. The food is always up to par. I feel so welcomed in the mornings. Ashley, Adriel, and the managers are amazing. The staff is so attentive. I go so often they have memorized my order. In addition, there are many and plenty of times I see a new seasonal treat and ask if they can describe it. Ashley has gotten to a point where she knows what I seek in a treat and can let me know if she thinks I would like it; she hits each and every time. This location has the best staff, and I have been to at least 5 different Paris Baguette locations.

I go to Paris Baguette for their yummy sandwiches and desserts my favorite being the rainbow cake. I also buy all my birthday cakes there as they are not made too sweet and are delicious my favorite is the strawberry and cream cake. Prices are reasonable.

Rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and don't listen. Make sure to check your bags/orders because they frequently get orders wrong.
Their teamwork and overall customer service and interpersonal skills (major lack thereof) are despicable and need serious improvement.

This location is pretty good they have sandwiches and most baked goods are by the employee counter area. Other locations the public can pick their own pastry which I'm not a huge fan of for sanitary reasons. This one the employees pick it out the glass. Busy location. The vibe is ok the ambiance at their 36st location is much more nicer.

Served 2 freezing cold lattes No apology just to blame the machine that doesn’t always work properly. I spent over $40. Totally unacceptable. Nobody cared.
Great coffee, a large variety of pastries and lunch options to choose from. I usually come here once a while, my experiences weren’t as great, but this time there was a very nice girl Iris that greeted me at the register. I always get the same coffee every time but I wanted to try something new and her recommendation was very good. Despite it being busy she was able to make a small conversation and on top of that make my experience worth coming back again!
